Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the founder and the executive chairmanof Alibaba group. Mr. Jake Ma.

女士們、先生們，歡迎阿里巴巴集團(tuán)創(chuàng)始人、執(zhí)行董事長(zhǎng)，馬云先生。

Good evening everyone. Dear Chancellor Merkel, and Deputy Prime Minister Ma Kai minister, ladies and gentlemen, it is my great honor to speak here in this evening .

大家晚上好。尊敬的默克爾總理，馬凱副總理，女士們，先生們，我很榮幸今晚在這里發(fā)言。

I remember 14 years ago when I first come to Hanover, I try to rent a small booth to sale the Chinese products to the western to the Europe. It's been a long time for looking for the booth ,and that time Hanover was not that prosperous, but the fair was very successful.

我記得14年前我第一次來(lái)漢諾威時(shí)，我試著租了一個(gè)小攤位，把中國(guó)產(chǎn)品銷往西方，銷往歐洲。找攤位找了好長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，那時(shí)候漢諾威并沒(méi)有那么繁榮，但那次展銷非常成功。

It's difficult to get a booth. Finally we got a small booth. We got the booth, but very few people find us. Eight years ago, we came back again. We tried to help all of the booths to move them online.

找個(gè)攤位很難。我們終于有了一個(gè)小攤位。我們有攤位，但很少有人找到我們。八年前，我們又回來(lái)了。我們?cè)噲D幫助所有的攤位把它們搬到網(wǎng)上。

Help them to sale on Alibaba, it did not work. Because at that time, people think the trade affair online are conflict with each other. Today I come back again. The reason I come back again, is trying to find the important the missing part of the Internet business.

幫他們?cè)诎⒗锇桶蜕箱N售，最后失敗了。因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)人們認(rèn)為網(wǎng)上的交易是不安全的。今天我又回來(lái)了。我再次回來(lái)的原因，是想找到商業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)中缺失的重要一環(huán)。

Internet is a part of the century in the past 20 years，It was pretty successful. But one thing that is very strange that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily more than three years.

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)在本世紀(jì)過(guò)去的20年里的發(fā)展，取得了巨大的成功，但有一點(diǎn)很奇怪，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很少有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司能平安健康的生存3年以上。

That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks. They don't have even honey months. What is the problem? Where is the missing part? So I think I strongly believe the missing part is in Europe. What is that?

這意味著大多數(shù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司只能享受甜蜜的幾天，甜蜜的幾周。他們連蜜月都沒(méi)有。怎么了？缺失的部分在哪里？所以我想我堅(jiān)信缺失的部分在歐洲。那是什么？

Whether we like it or not? In the past 20 years, Internet has launched a huge impact to the human lifes. Everybody believe that Internet has done great things to the world. And also a lot of traditional business hate the Internet, because they destroyed their business.

不管我們是否喜歡？近20年來(lái)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)人類生活產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。每個(gè)人都相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為世界做了偉大的事情。還有很多傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)討厭互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，因?yàn)檫€聯(lián)網(wǎng)破壞了自己的業(yè)務(wù)。

But what the rest is that Internet companies always worry. Because you see the whether Google, Facebook, Amazon, ebay, Alibaba, all of us worry everyday. So we think there must be a problem. And the problem is that we have to find a solution. That how we can be a company can live and long and healthy as long as like the Mercedes Benz and Siemens.

剩下的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司總是憂心忡忡。因?yàn)槟憧吹郊词故枪雀?、Facebook、亞馬遜、ebay、阿里巴巴，我們也在每天擔(dān)心。所以我們認(rèn)為肯定有問(wèn)題。問(wèn)題是我們必須找到解決問(wèn)題的辦法。我們?cè)鯓硬拍艹蔀橐患蚁衩焚惖滤?奔馳和西門(mén)子那樣健康長(zhǎng)久的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的公司。

If an industry cannot live more than three years, if all the companies cannot live happily for three years, this industry can never become the main stream. This industry can never become the deep economy.

如果一個(gè)行業(yè)活不過(guò)三年，如果這個(gè)行業(yè)的所有的公司都活不過(guò)三年，那么這個(gè)行業(yè)就永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)成為主流行業(yè)。這個(gè)行業(yè)永遠(yuǎn)不可能成為深度經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。

So what we wanna do is that how we can find the solution. The world is changing so fast. Most people don't realize what is IT? What is Internet? We are moving very, very fast today to technology.

所以我們要做的就是找到解決辦法。世界變化太快了。大多數(shù)人不知道IT是什么？什么是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)？我們今天科技發(fā)展的速度快的驚人。

IT technology and data technology is not technology difference is the difference of people, the way people think, the way people do with the world.

IT技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)并不是技術(shù)上的差異，而是人們的差異，人們的思維方式，行為方式對(duì)世界的改變。

We don't know what the world would look like in 30 years, and we don't know what the data would look like. But we are sure that the whole world in next 30 years will be changed. If the first and second innovation and technology relief or liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this will release and liberate the strength of the human brain, the brain innovation.

我們不知道30年后的世界會(huì)是什么樣子，也不知道數(shù)據(jù)會(huì)是什么樣子。但我們相信，未來(lái)30年，整個(gè)世界都將發(fā)生變化。如果第一次和第二次工業(yè)革命解放了人的體力，這次革命將解放人的創(chuàng)造力。

The future world, we believe we would be connected not by oil, not by other things, but by datas. The future world. The business is C2B not B2C, C2B is consumer to business, not business to consumer, because you have a lot of datas, because of the datasthe manufacturer must do customized things. Otherwise manufacturing will be very difficult.

未來(lái)的世界，我們相信我們之間的聯(lián)系不是石油，不是其他東西，而是數(shù)據(jù)。未來(lái)的世界。企業(yè)是C2B而不是B2C，C2B是消費(fèi)者對(duì)企業(yè)，而不是企業(yè)對(duì)消費(fèi)者，因?yàn)槟阌泻芏鄶?shù)據(jù)，因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)制造商必須做定制的事情。否則制造業(yè)將非常困難。

In the future. All the manufacturers, they make the machines, the machines can not only produce the products, the machines must talk, the machine must think. And the machine is not going to be supported by oil by electricity. The machine is gonna be supported by datas.

未來(lái)。所有的制造商，他們制造機(jī)器，機(jī)器不僅能生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品，機(jī)器必須說(shuō)話，機(jī)器必須思考。而且這臺(tái)機(jī)器不會(huì)靠電來(lái)或者油來(lái)支持。這臺(tái)機(jī)器將由數(shù)據(jù)支持。

The future world business were not focusing on the size, business will not focus standardization and power. They were folks like focused on the flexibility, ninbonese . customization and user friendliness, and also strongly believe the future world. We are going to have a lot of women leaders because in the future people not only focus on the muscles powers, they focus on wisdom. They focus on kindness and responsibility.

未來(lái)的世界商業(yè)不是專注于規(guī)模，商業(yè)也不會(huì)專注于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和實(shí)力。他們都是專注于靈活性，敏捷性。個(gè)性化和用戶友好度，也堅(jiān)信未來(lái)的世界。我們會(huì)有很多女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，因?yàn)樵谖磥?lái)人們不僅關(guān)注肌肉力量，更關(guān)注智慧。他們更注重善良和責(zé)任。

And I think Internet must find the missing part. This missing part is how the clicks the motors can work together. And how we can making sure is the next 30 years, the Internet and clicks the models can work together. Only work clicks and models can work together. Internet companies can survive, can live happily for next 30 years.

我認(rèn)為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)必須找到缺失的部分。這個(gè)缺失的部分是鼠標(biāo)和馬達(dá)如何一起工作。而我們?nèi)绾尾拍艽_保未來(lái)30年，讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合起來(lái)。只有結(jié)合起來(lái)一起工作。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司可以生存，可以健康平穩(wěn)的存活30年。

And if that day comes, that it will recalled D-economy, it's not a digital economy, which I called data economy.

那天我們就迎來(lái)了“D商務(wù)”時(shí)代的開(kāi)端，D不是指電子，而是數(shù)據(jù)。

Everything is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is gonna be beautiful. But the world is very challenging. Apple may not be the future, but apple tells us what the future would look like. That is something in the machine is moving. That is data.

一切都會(huì)改變的。我也相信世界會(huì)很美好。但這個(gè)世界充滿挑戰(zhàn)。蘋(píng)果也許不是未來(lái)，但蘋(píng)果告訴我們未來(lái)會(huì)是什么樣子。機(jī)器里有東西在動(dòng)。那是數(shù)據(jù)。

We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, invention and creativity. And I think everybody's working hard try to realize their dreams. Today. You see here, real world workers , a truck drivers and a game players and also all these senior people. everybody in the ancient time.

我們正處在創(chuàng)新、靈感、發(fā)明和創(chuàng)造的偉大時(shí)刻。我想每個(gè)人都在努力實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想。今天，你看這里，現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的工人，卡車司機(jī)和游戲玩家，還有所有這些資深人士。

Everybody in the ancient time.Nobody can leverage the technology to realize dreams. Today because of the datas, everything becomes the truth, and I strongly believe it's not the technology that changed the world. It's the dreams behind the technology that changed the world.

這在以前是不可想想象的，沒(méi)有人能利用科技來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。今天因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)，一切都變成了事實(shí)，我堅(jiān)信改變世界的不是技術(shù)。是科技背后的夢(mèng)想改變了世界。

If the technology change the world, I will never be here. I'm not trying to be a teacher. I'm not trying to be technology. I know nothing about computer. And I know very little about the Internet. I have strange dream that we wanna help small business.

如果是科技改變了世界，我永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)在這里。我不是想當(dāng)老師。我不是想成為一名技術(shù)人員。我對(duì)電腦一無(wú)所知。我對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)知之甚少。我有一個(gè)奇怪的夢(mèng)，我們想幫助小企業(yè)。

So 14 years ago, we come here to sell Chinese products to Europe. That won't work. 14 years later, we try to help the European small business to China to the world by using the Internet. It's the dreams that drive the world. It's not onaly the technology.

所以14年前，我們來(lái)到這里向歐洲銷售中國(guó)產(chǎn)品。失敗了。14年后，我們?cè)噲D通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)幫助歐洲小企業(yè)走向世界。是夢(mèng)想驅(qū)動(dòng)著世界。而不僅僅是技術(shù)。

So ladies and gentlemen, let's work hard. It's a fantastic world. It's the world belongs to young people. It's the world belongs to the future. And thank you very much for listening.

It's a souvenir step selling online for 20 euros. So we're gonna buy it now and how to buy it. We just press ”buy” and the face recognition.
