Discouragement can creep in secretly, and tell you life is not worth living .

挫折感會(huì)悄無(wú)聲息的增長(zhǎng)，并且告訴你生命不值得一活。

If you listen at discouragement, you will wander if you`re ever going to get out of what you`re into . there are moments that try the human soul, so violently, and so perplexit.

如果你向挫折妥協(xié)，你就永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)離開(kāi)你現(xiàn)在的困境?？傆幸恍r(shí)刻在考驗(yàn)著人類(lèi)的靈魂，如此猛烈，如此讓人困惑。

That if the truth were told all of us have had moments that we wanted to throw up our hands. And walk away.

說(shuō)真的，我們所有人都有想過(guò)放棄的那么一刻，然后一走了之。

But don`t make a permanent decision over a temporary circumstance .

但是在臨時(shí)有這個(gè)念頭的情況下不要做出永久的決定。

You don`t like where you`re at? Don`t worry about it . it`s just a step. You don`t like how you feel right now? Stop crying it`s just a step.

你不喜歡你的境況，別擔(dān)心，這只是一步。你不喜歡你現(xiàn)在的感覺(jué)，別哭了，這只是一步。

Don`t deviate, all you have to do to win this battle, is stay on track, You can`t judge your life by where you are in this moment.

不要偏離目標(biāo)，你取勝的關(guān)鍵就是保持航線。你不能通過(guò)現(xiàn)在的境遇去判斷你以后的生活。

Do you not know that where you are will pass? What you`re worried about will pass.

你不知道你會(huì)在何處通過(guò)考驗(yàn)？你所擔(dān)心的都會(huì)過(guò)去。

Don`t you understand that one day, you `re gonna look back and laugh at the thing that kept you up all night.

你難道不明白，總有一天，你會(huì)回過(guò)頭來(lái)，嘲笑那些讓你徹夜難眠的事情。

Don`t you understand that it`s not nearly as major as you thought it was.

你不明白嗎？事情并不像你想的那么困難。

You can live without your house, you can live without your car, you can live without your friend, you can live without your husband , you can live without your wife.

沒(méi)有房子你能活，沒(méi)有車(chē)子你能活，沒(méi)有朋友你能活，沒(méi)有丈夫你能活，沒(méi)有老婆你一樣能活。

I measure the value of a man by how hard he presses, how hard you press tells me how hard you hit.

我通過(guò)一個(gè)人的努力程度來(lái)評(píng)判一個(gè)人的價(jià)值，你有多努力，你告訴我有多努力。

Energy is measured by motion , that`s why the devil wants you to sit, sit down shut up and feel sorry for yourself.

But you ought to blow the devil`s mind this morning , just when he thinks he`s got you down, you ought to shock him and press.

You better not start crying on the steps. You better not give up on the steps, you better not collapse on the steps, i don`t care whether it`s sunshine or rain pleasure or pain . when you get up in the morning put your pants on and press.

你最好不在努力的過(guò)程中流淚。不要在努力的時(shí)候放棄，不要在過(guò)程中崩潰。我不在乎是日落，下雨，快樂(lè)還是痛苦。早上起床，穿上褲子，去努力奮斗！?。?/p>
