大學(xué)英語(yǔ)作文:關(guān)于中西教育 About Chinese and Western Education

Chinese education have been criticized all the time. During the last decades, more and more families chose to send their children to study abroad if they have enough money. There is no doubt that foreign education have many advantages, while the good sides of our education are always ignored.
中國(guó)教育一直飽受批評(píng)。在過(guò)去的幾十年里，越來(lái)越多的家庭如果有足夠的錢(qián)都會(huì)選擇送他們的孩子出國(guó)留學(xué)。當(dāng)然，外國(guó)教育有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但是我們國(guó)家教育好的方面卻總是被忽略了。

Recently, I read an article about a girl who studied abroad during high school period. She made this choice because she believed that foreign education must be easy. When she got there, she found it was so hard to get used to the teaching method. Her math was her advantage subject, while the humanities frustrated her. The girl’s father mentored her to read all kinds of historical materials and she spent a lot of time to study. Finally, every teacher spoke highly of this girl.
最近，我讀了一篇文章，關(guān)于一個(gè)女孩在國(guó)外讀高中的故事。她做這個(gè)選擇，是因?yàn)樗J(rèn)為外國(guó)教育會(huì)讓她很輕松。當(dāng)她到達(dá)那里時(shí)，她發(fā)現(xiàn)很難適應(yīng)教學(xué)方法。數(shù)學(xué)是她的優(yōu)勢(shì)而人文學(xué)科則讓她沮喪。女孩的父親指導(dǎo)她去閱讀各種史料。她花了很多時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)。最后，這個(gè)女孩的每一個(gè)老師都給予了她高度評(píng)價(jià)。

Many readers perceive the advantages of western education from this story, but the fact is that Chinese education lays the foundation of her foreign education. Her ability to write and her wisdom in math owing to home study. So both home study and foreign education have good sides.
許多讀者從這個(gè)故事中察覺(jué)到西方教育的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但事實(shí)是，中國(guó)的教育給她在國(guó)外的教育奠定了基礎(chǔ)。她的寫(xiě)作能力和在數(shù)學(xué)方面的聰慧得益于國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)。所以國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)和國(guó)外教育都有其優(yōu)勢(shì)。
