Experts say results from autopsies of recovered bodies from Air France Flight 447 strongly suggest the doomed plane broke up before it hit the water.

French investigators have also expressed optimism about discovering what brought the plane down as more than 400 bits of debris have been recovered from the Atlantic Ocean.

So far 50 bodies have been recovered.

Brazilian Navy Commander Giucemar Tabosa Cardoso says the six most recently recovered bodies will be taken to a mortuary for identification.
