第十七課 生活的樂趣

Joy in living comes from having fine emotions,trusting them，giving them the freedom of a bird inthe open.

生活的樂趣來自于快樂的情緒，信賴并放任這些情緒，就像鳥兒在野外自由飛翔一般。

Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or puton from the outside as a mask.

生活的樂趣是無法靠擺姿態(tài)或罩上面具來偽裝的。

People who have this joy do not need to talk about it;they radiate it.

有生活樂趣的人無須把生活樂趣掛在嘴上，因為這些人全身都會散發(fā)出這種氣息。

They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glow into other lives as naturally asa bird sings.

他們只需感受自己的快樂，并用這種快樂如同鳥兒歌唱的方式，自然而然地感染別人，使他布門感受到快樂的陽光和熱力。

And those who have and exhibit the joy of living are never those who have been without care,sorrow, failure, disappointment，and discouragement.

而那些擁有并展現(xiàn)出生活樂趣的人，絕不是那此沒有忙慮、痛苦、失敗、失望與沮喪的人。

They are rather those who have suffered and conquered, and who are willing to bear theirshare of the vicissitudes of life uncomplainingly.

相反地，他們是那些曾吃過苦頭也成功過的一群人，無怨無悔地承擔人生的大起大落。

The joy of living never comes to the frivolous，the superficial, the selfish.

做事輕率、膚淺而又自私的人從不會有生活的樂趣。

We can never get it by working for it directly.

我們?nèi)糁苯幼非笊畹臉啡な怯肋h得不到它的。

It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher.

就像快樂一樣，生活的樂趣只會降臨在那些目標更為遠大的人的身上。

It is a by—product of great, simple living.

生活過得高雅、純樸就會有生活的樂趣。

The joy of living comes from what we put into living，not from what we seek to get from it.

生活的樂趣來自我們對生活所做的投入，而非所求。
