AZUZ：在節(jié)目結(jié)束之前，為幼小的動(dòng)物們做的波比(波比是一種高強(qiáng)度，短時(shí)間燃燒脂肪，令人心跳率飆升的自重阻力訓(xùn)練動(dòng)作之一。)

OK, first, the burpee part. This personal trainer shows what they are by doing them, a lot of them. He was trying to set a Guinness World Record for the most burpees in 24 hours.
