　　A: Good afternoon, sir. May I help you?

　　服務(wù)員：午安，先生。我能為您服務(wù)嗎?

　　C: Yes, I'd like a cheeseburger and a large order of French fries.

　　顧客：好啊，我要一個起士漢堡和一份大薯。

　　A: Would you like anything to drink with that?

　　服務(wù)員：請問還要什么飲料嗎?

　　C: Yes, a medium Coke.

　　顧客：好啊，一杯中可。

　　A: Will that be all?

　　服務(wù)員：就這些嗎?

　　C: Yes.

　　顧客：是的。

　　A: For here or to go?

　　服務(wù)員：在這里吃或外帶呢?

　　C: To go, please. (The attendant hands the customer his order.)

　　顧客：外帶。(服務(wù)員把顧客點的餐交給他。)

　　A: That'll be $4.25... (The customer gives her a 5 dollar bill.)...out of five. Here is your change, sir. Have a nice day.

　　服務(wù)員：一共四塊兩毛五……(顧客遞給她一張五元鈔票。)……　收你五塊錢。先生，這是找您的零錢。祝您有個愉快的一天。

　　1.grab vt. 抓住

　　grab sb by the + 身體部位 抓住某人的……部位

　　例：The shopkeeper grabbed the thief by the collar.

　　2.bite n. 可吃的食物(可數(shù))

　　注意：

　　這是一種客氣的詢問句，通常用在店員問候上門的顧客，或當(dāng)自己有事要請人幫忙時，是很常用的句型。

　　例：May I have some water, please?

　　(請給我水喝好嗎?)

　　例：I had an order of steak and fries last time I ate here.

　　注意：

　　牛排的熟度，依據(jù)美式餐廳做法，有下列5種：

　　rare a. 三分熟的

　　medium rare 四分熟

　　medium a. 五六分熟的

　　medium well 七八分熟

　　well-done 全熟

　　例：A: How would you like your steak?

　　(甲：您的牛排要怎樣料理?)

　　B：I'd like it well-done, please.

　　(乙：請給我全熟的。)

　　11.Coke n. 可口可樂(=Coca-Cola)

　　12.hand vt. 遞給

　　例：Can you hand me that book?

　　(你可以把那本書遞給我嗎?)
