We regret we have to decline your offer.

很抱歉，我們不得不拒絕你方報(bào)盤。 

 

We can't accept your offer unless the price is reduced by 7%. 

除非你們減價(jià)7%，否則我們無法接受報(bào)盤。 

 

We are not interested unless your price is reduced to a level in line with the market price. 

除非你們把價(jià)格降到與市場價(jià)格相當(dāng)，否則我們不感興趣。

 

 

Tip:unless是從屬連詞，引導(dǎo)條件狀語從句，含有否定意義，相當(dāng)于 if條件狀語從句的否定形式 (if... not)。常用來引導(dǎo)一個含否定意義的真實(shí)條件句，有時也可引導(dǎo)非真實(shí)條件句。 unless引導(dǎo)條件句時，可能會出現(xiàn)下列兩種情況: 

(1)主句為肯定句。例如 You'll fail in math again unless you work har-der. (如果你不再加把勁學(xué)習(xí)，你數(shù)學(xué)考試還會不及格。 )

(2)主句為否定句。例如 1 wouldn't be saying this unless I were sure of the facts. (要是我對這些事情沒有把握，我就不說這話了)。
