  房地產(chǎn)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)視頻:06 條件磋商 Terms Negotiation

  是由外教授課,中國(guó)學(xué)生跟讀。包含房地產(chǎn)英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯,實(shí)用口語(yǔ)對(duì)話(huà)以及一些租房買(mǎi)房及賣(mài)防會(huì)涉及到的基本法律常識(shí)。

  文本對(duì)話(huà):

  物業(yè)代理詢(xún)問(wèn)要租商業(yè)大廈的客戶(hù)最終的決定如何,得到的答復(fù)是因租金太貴,他們不能接受。代理主動(dòng)要求再提供一些其他地段的房屋信息。

  A--Agent 物業(yè)代理

  C--Client 客戶(hù)

  A: Good afternoon, sir, how are you today?

  先生,中午好,你今天好嗎?

  C: Fine, thanks. How about you?

  很好,謝謝,你呢?

  A: Fine, I wonder how your company's review of this property is progressing.

  很好,我想請(qǐng)問(wèn)你公司最后的決定如何。

  C: My colleagues and I just had a meeting together this morning. We have decided not to rent the Nippon Center.

  我和同事今早剛開(kāi)會(huì)討論過(guò)。我們已經(jīng)決定不租力寶中心.

  A: Why? You told me that your group had a deep interest in the Nippon Center.

  C: Yes, we do. However, the rent is over our budget.

  史密斯夫婦終于找到一所滿(mǎn)意的房子。他們想買(mǎi)下來(lái),但是又覺(jué)得價(jià)錢(qián)太高,因此委托代理與業(yè)主協(xié)商一下價(jià)格。

  A--Agent 物業(yè)代理

  B--Landlord 業(yè)主

  C--Client1 客戶(hù)一 Mr. Smith

  D--Client2 客戶(hù)二 Mrs. Smith

  A: What do you think about the residential flat?

  你覺(jué)得這套公寓怎么樣?

  C: I'm so happy that my wife has finally found a flat that she likes. However, we would like to negotiate the price first. You know that three million Hong Kong dollars is too high for this location.

  我非常滿(mǎn)意,我太太終于找到一套她喜歡的房子。不過(guò),我們希望先商談一下價(jià)錢(qián)。你知道三百萬(wàn)港幣在這個(gè)地段來(lái)說(shuō)太高了。

  A: How much do you want to offer the vendor?

  A: Mr. Roberts, I am so glad that your family likes the unit so much.

  B: Mr. Chen, we have seen many apartments, and finally agreed to rent the Robinson Garden flat.
