A:是的。

B: You mean the procedure for trademark examination.don't you !

B：不太復(fù)雜，您可以和商標(biāo)局聯(lián)系，商標(biāo)局會(huì)寄給您標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的表格讓您填寫。

A: Yes.

A：聽起來很簡(jiǎn)單。

B: lt's not complicated. You may contact the Trademark Office. They will send you standard forms for you to fill out.

B：是的，商標(biāo)局對(duì)申請(qǐng)?jiān)谙鹊挠枰詢?yōu)先。申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)的商標(biāo)由商標(biāo)局審查，初步審定后，予以公告。如果沒有正當(dāng)?shù)漠愖h，就核準(zhǔn)注冊(cè)發(fā)給商標(biāo)注冊(cè)證。

B: Yes.the Trademark Office gives precedence to the person who files first. It examines the application . issues preliminary approval and publishes the trademark. If there's no justifiable opposition to it.then the registration is approved and a trademark registration cerlificated is issued.

B:當(dāng)然有，在我國(guó)商標(biāo)依法受保護(hù)25年，而且商標(biāo)權(quán)可以辦延續(xù)手續(xù)。

A: Is there a time limit for trademark rights"'

A:太好了。

B: Of course.by law.the protection in our country is limited t0 25 years. And the trademark rights can be renewed.

B：商標(biāo)注冊(cè)可以無限期，但生產(chǎn)商或注冊(cè)人應(yīng)每25年申請(qǐng)辦理一次延續(xù)手續(xù)。

A:That's right.

A：這很公平，生產(chǎn)商闖出一個(gè)公認(rèn)的名牌商標(biāo)很不容易，他理應(yīng)享有此等保護(hù)。

B:Trademark registration may be renewed continuously. But the producer or registrant should apply for the registration renewal every 25 years.

B：即使生產(chǎn)商忘記申請(qǐng)辦理商標(biāo)的延展手續(xù)，也可依法享有5個(gè)月的寬限。

A:That' s fair. It is not easy for a producer to establish a well recognized trademark. He has reasons to enjoy such protection.

A:那太好了。

B:Even if the producer forgets to apply for registration renewal.the law grants a 5-month grace period.
