A: I think we have everything in the contract. Shall we sign it'?

A : It sounds reasonable. The clause should be like this : any disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled in a friendly way. If no settlement can be reached through consul- tation and conciliation, the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration by a mutually nominated arbitrator. The arbitrator's

decision on the dispute is final and binding on the both parlies.

A:這很合理二條款應(yīng)這么寫(xiě)：合同執(zhí)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的任何爭(zhēng)執(zhí)都應(yīng)通過(guò)友好式加以解決二如果無(wú)法通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)協(xié)商解決，應(yīng)提交由雙方指定的仲裁人加以裁定。仲裁人對(duì)爭(zhēng)執(zhí)所做的裁決為最后裁決，對(duì)雙方均具有約束力。
