Greek voters has decisively rejected the term of bailout deal offered by international lenders. With all the votes now accounted,more than 61% of people said no,thousands of supporters of no campaign celebrated in front of the parliament in Athens,waving flags, chancing and setting fireworks.Greece Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras say the outcome was not vote to against Europe ,but mandate for negotiating a viable solution to the debt crisis.

希臘選民斷然拒絕了國(guó)際債權(quán)國(guó)提供的經(jīng)濟(jì)救援。唱票結(jié)果顯示，超過百分之六十一的選民拒絕援助，這些成千上萬支持不接受援助的選民在雅典議會(huì)前揮舞旗幟，燃放煙花慶祝公投的勝利。希臘首相齊普拉斯稱選票結(jié)果并不是針對(duì)歐洲，而是對(duì)解決債務(wù)危機(jī)提供可行辦法。

”For Greece,the referendum doesn’t have winners or losers,it is a big victory by itself,today,altogether,we wrote a glorious page in European history ,we proved even in the worst circumstance ,democracy can’t be blackmailed.We also proved when a nation has a faith and connect consciousness,it can stand and overcome any difficulties.

“ The head of Europe group Jeroen Dijsselbloem say the referendum result was very regrettable for the future of Greece.Euro zone leaders will hold a summit on Tuesday to discuss the situation.The German and French leaders who spoke on the phone say the will of the Greek people has to be respected.The president to the European parliament Matin Schulz said it was up to Greece to come up with solutions.

歐元集團(tuán)主席戴塞爾布盧姆稱公投結(jié)果對(duì)希臘未來而言有些遺憾。周二歐元區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將就這一問題舉行峰會(huì)。德國(guó)和法國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人致電稱，希臘國(guó)民的意愿應(yīng)該得到尊重。歐洲議會(huì)主席舒爾茨稱解決這一情況取決于希臘。

”I hope that the Greek government,they are making , in the next coming hours,a meaningful and constructive proposal that allowing that it is possible to renegotiate.If not,we are entering a very difficult and even dramatic time.”

Some European ministers have expressed shock to that result.But Italian foreign minister said it was time to resume talks on the new deal.In Spain, the leader of the anti-austerity Podemos party Pablo Iglesias welcomed the result as a decisive victory for democracy.The value of Euro has fallen against the dollar and Yen,and many speculation that Athens has taken a significant steps towards leaving the Euro zone.As our economic editor Robert Pastern reports,

一些歐洲官員對(duì)公投結(jié)果甚至表示驚訝。但是意大利外長(zhǎng)稱是時(shí)候重新談判新方法了。在西班牙，反對(duì)緊縮政策的社會(huì)民主黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人帕布羅·安立奎對(duì)這一結(jié)果表示歡迎，因?yàn)樗砹嗣裰鞯膭倮W元對(duì)美元和日元貶值。有猜測(cè)說希臘有可能采取重要的一步離開歐元區(qū)。下面是本臺(tái)經(jīng)濟(jì)記者羅伯特·帕斯頓為您報(bào)道：

” the Greek economy is now in dire situation，Even in combat by severe restriction on cash transfer and withdraws,I have learned that Greek banks are just days away from running out of cash and collapsing, a humanitarian disaster in Mr. Tsipras’s words.Because in those circumstances, not only would millions of Greece lose their savings, but companies would collapse,Greece will run out of vital import of food, raw materials and medicine.Greek banks are desperately in need of lender’s last resort to save them and Greek economy. And no bank or central bank have much spoken the relieves, the European central bank can’t any longer fulfill that function.

“目前希臘經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢(shì)極其困難，即使限制資金流轉(zhuǎn)和取回。我了解到希臘銀行近幾天才擺脫資金流失和銀行崩潰的局面，用首相齊普拉斯的話來說就是’人道主義災(zāi)害’，因?yàn)樵谶@種情況下，不僅希臘上百萬儲(chǔ)戶將會(huì)丟失他們的存款，希臘公司將會(huì)倒閉，希臘將會(huì)用盡重要的食物，原材料和藥物進(jìn)口，希臘銀行急需借貸者的最后幫助，拯救銀行和希臘經(jīng)濟(jì)，但是沒有任何銀行或者中央銀行提到救助之事，歐洲央行也沒能充分發(fā)揮作用。”

After the outcome of the referendum became clear,the leader of Greece’s main opposition party resigned,Antonis Samaras has campaigned for a yes vote.

繼公投結(jié)果越來越清晰之后，希臘反對(duì)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人宣布辭職，安東尼斯·薩馬拉斯投了贊成票。

A British astronomer say they detected five giant black holes that previously been scouted by dust and gas.The high energy X-rays they emit were picked up by NASA’s powerful new start space telescope.These black holes which can have billions times of mass of our own sun are known to lie at heart of all large galaxies.
