　　Lindsey : Why are you packing all this stuff?

　　Lindesey:怎么在打包?

　　Walter : I’m going to Sydney.

　　Walter:我要去悉尼了。

　　Lindsay : You what? You didn’t tell me!

　　Lindesey:你什么?你都沒告訴我!

　　Walter : Well, I got a call from my boss. He said I’ve got to board tomorrow’s flight.

　　Walter:好吧， 我接到老板的電話。他要我明天登機(jī)。

　　Lindsay : Is everything alright?

　　Lindesey:都準(zhǔn)備好了嗎?

　　Walter : I think there’s some problem there in the sales team. I’ve been asked to sort it out.

　　Walter:我認(rèn)為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)還有點(diǎn)問題。就是要我去解決這個(gè)問題的。

　　Lindsey : I see... Well... take care of yourself and have a safe journey.

　　Lindesey:我明白了........好吧........照顧好你自己，旅行安全。

　　Having Dinner Out

　　Denise : What should I cook for dinner tonight?

　　Denise :今晚做什么吃呢?

　　Jack : Don’t bother for me. I’m going to have dinner out today.

　　Jack :別問我，我今晚出去吃。

　　Denise : Is there any special occasion?

　　Denise :是什么特別的日子嗎?

　　Jack : Yup. One of my friends is throwing her birthday party. Our whole class is invited to her house for barbecue night.

　　Jack :是啊，我的一個(gè)朋友生日聚會(huì)，全班都去她家吃燒烤。

　　Denise : That sounds good! Alright, have fun then!

　　Denise :太棒了!好，玩的開心點(diǎn)!

　　To The Party

　　Denise : Hey, where are you going?

　　Denise : 嘿，你要去哪兒?

　　Walter : I’m going to the downtown weekend party. Do you want to come along?

　　Walter :我去市中心的周末聚會(huì)。你要一起去嗎?

　　Denise : No, I already have some other plans.

　　Denise :不，我有別的事做。

　　Walter : Alright! See you tomorrow then.

　　Walter :好吧!明天見。

　　Denise : I won’t be here tomorrow. I’m going to board tonight’s flight to Queensland.

　　Denise :我明天不來了。我明晚飛去 昆士蘭。

　　Walter : Are you going on a vacation?

　　Walter :你要去度假嗎?

　　Denise : Yup. I’m going along with some friends. You won’t see me around for some days.

　　Denise : 嗯，我和朋友一起去。這幾天你都見不到我。

　　Walter: Alright! Have fun!

　　Walter :好吧!玩的開心點(diǎn)!

　　Walter : What are you cooking for dinner?

　　Walter : 晚飯吃什么?

　　Lindsey : I’m going to cook something special today.

　　Lindsey : 今天我想做點(diǎn)特別的。

　　Walter: Special? What’s today’s special then?

　　Walter : 特別的?特別的什么呢?

　　Lindsey : I’m going to prepare scallops with asparagus made in white truffle.

　　Lindsey : 我想把扇貝和蘆筍做成松露。

　　Walter : That sounds really tempting! Is there anything for dessert?

　　Walter : 太吸引人了!甜點(diǎn)是什么?

　　Lindsey : That’s a surprise. You’ll have to wait for it dear!

　　Lindsey : 太驚訝了。你得等等!
