1.Civil Society
Civil society is the "aggregate of non-governmental organizations and institutions that manifest interests and will of citizens." Civil society includes the family and the private sphere, referred to as the "third sector" of society, distinct from government and business.

公民社會(huì)是指圍繞共同的利益、目的和價(jià)值上的非強(qiáng)制性的集體行為。它不屬于政府的一部分,也不屬于盈利的私營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的一部分。換而言之,它是處于“公”與“私”之間的一個(gè)領(lǐng)域。通常而言,它包括了那些為了社會(huì)的特定需要,為了公眾的利益而行動(dòng)的組織,諸如指慈善團(tuán)體、非政府組織、社區(qū)組織、專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)及工會(huì)等等。

An ideology is a set of conscious and/or unconscious ideas which constitute one's goals, expectations, and actions.
2.意識(shí)形態(tài)
意識(shí)形態(tài),屬哲學(xué)范疇,可以理解為對(duì)事物的理解、認(rèn)知,它是一種對(duì)事物的感觀思想,是觀念、觀點(diǎn)、概念、思想、價(jià)值觀等要素的總和。意識(shí)形態(tài)不是人腦中固有的,而是源于社會(huì)存在。
3.Think tank
A think tank is an organization that performs research and advocacy concerning topics such as social policy, political strategy, economics, military, technology, and culture. Most policy institutes are non-profit organizations, which some countries such as the United States and Canada provide with tax exempt status. Other think tanks are funded by governments, advocacy groups, or businesses, or derive revenue from consulting or research work related to their projects.
3.智庫(kù)
智庫(kù)又稱智囊團(tuán),大多以“研究所”或“學(xué)會(huì)”為名稱,是對(duì)政治、商業(yè)或軍事政策進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析研究并提供策略的機(jī)構(gòu),一般由政府、政黨或商業(yè)公司出資組建,志在為他們的政策尋找感覺上可以立足的理?yè)?jù)。
