For a lot of people, the distance between theirdreams and their reality is intimidating

在很多人看來 夢想和現(xiàn)實之間的差距太嚇人

and they get stuck they get paralyzed

他們因此變得無力 不敢往前

just like I was in that marathon

and the only way forward

前進的唯一辦法

is to be real about what it's going to take for you to achieve those dreams

You have to be honest with yourself

You have to tell yourself the truth
