兵勢篇 NO.1：

孫子曰： 凡治眾如治寡，分數(shù)是也;

斗眾如斗寡，形名是也;

三軍之眾，可使必受敵而無敗者，奇正是也;

兵之所加，如以瑕投卵者，虛實是也。

這句啥意思：

治理大軍團就象治理小部隊一樣有效，是依靠合理的組織、結(jié)構、編制;

指揮大軍團作戰(zhàn)就象指揮小部隊作戰(zhàn)一樣到位，是依靠明確、高效的信號指揮系統(tǒng);

整個部隊與敵對抗而不會失敗，是依靠正確運用“奇正”的變化;

攻擊敵軍，如同用石頭砸雞蛋一樣容易，關鍵在于以實擊虛。

英文這么說：

Sun Tzu said: The control of a large force is the same principle as the control of a few men:itis merely a question of dividing up their numbers.

Fighting with a large army under your command is nowise different from fighting with a smallone:it is merely a question of instituting signs and signals.

To ensure that your whole host may withstand the brunt of the enemy's attack and remainunshaken--this is effected by maneuvers direct and indirect.

That the impact of your army may be like a grindstone dashed against an egg--this is effectedby the science of weak points and strong.

《詞語解釋——奇正》

古時兵法術語。古代作戰(zhàn)以對陣交鋒為正，設伏掩襲等為奇。

孫子曰:“戰(zhàn)勢不過奇正，奇正之變，不可勝窮也。”

《孫子·勢》：“三軍之眾，可使必受敵而無敗者，奇正是也。”

《孫子·勢》：“戰(zhàn)勢不過奇正，奇正之變，不可勝窮也。”李筌注：“邀截掩襲，萬途之勢，不可窮盡也。” 張 預 注：“戰(zhàn)陳之勢，止於奇正一事而已。及其變而用之，則萬途千轍，烏可窮盡也。”

《舊唐書·突厥傳上》：“臣少慕文儒，不習軍旅，奇正之術，多媿前良。”

明馮夢龍《東周列國志》第三十九回：“一連操演三日，奇正變化，指揮如意。”
