I tend to be a perfectionist.

我的缺點(diǎn)是過于追求完美。

While doing the marketing research I just mentioned,

I went a bit overboard. I researched over 200 articles and my report was over 100 pages.

回答這個(gè)問題時(shí)，不可以說“I don't have any weaknesses.” 。因?yàn)檫@樣會(huì)讓對方認(rèn)為你 高傲且缺乏自我分析能力。但是，也沒有必要將自己最大的缺點(diǎn)告訴對方?？梢耘e一些聽起來是缺點(diǎn)但似乎有利于工作的例子，例如，只要投入做某件事情，常常會(huì)忘記家人和朋友的 存在，或是說明以前有某種缺點(diǎn)，但是現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)完全改善了等。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生則可以把沒有工 作經(jīng)驗(yàn)作為一個(gè)缺點(diǎn)。

I love my work and always give each project 100%, if not 110%.

我熱愛我的工作，不管哪個(gè)項(xiàng)目我都投入百分之百的精力，甚至更多。

So when I don't feel others are giving their best, I find it a little frustrating.

I prefer to see a project through from start to finish,

Sometimes I have a hard time saying no to people, and I end up taking on more than my fair share of the work.

I had a tendency to turn in my expense reports late.

One day my boss sat me down and explained the problems that had caused the accounting department.

I really took it to heart and since then I have been turning in my expense reports on time.

I get very nervous when I have to give presentations.

However, I usually overcome this by preparing very well.

I rehearse my presentation until I feel comfortable and also think of all the questions I could be asked so that I'll have a response for them.
