實(shí)話實(shí)說(shuō)吧。

No bones about it. 這個(gè)俚語(yǔ)至少可以追溯到1548年，一種猜測(cè)認(rèn)為跟古代骰子游戲有關(guān)，形容玩者擲骰子的時(shí)候不會(huì)玩“對(duì)天禱告”或“和骰子說(shuō)話”之類的小把戲，而是直截了當(dāng)?shù)啬闷瘅蛔右粊G，這就是今天這個(gè)俚語(yǔ)意義的來(lái)源，即：“毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，實(shí)話實(shí)說(shuō)，直截了當(dāng)”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"no bones about it."時(shí)，他/她要表達(dá)的意思就是:"To be honest."、"Frankly speaking."。
