你錯(cuò)怪我了。

bark up the wrong tree 源于美國(guó)西部拓荒時(shí)期，拓荒者訓(xùn)練狗將獵物叼回來(lái)，動(dòng)物為了逃命往往會(huì)爬到樹上去。狗有時(shí)會(huì)一時(shí)糊涂，沒(méi)看清楚獵物上了哪顆樹，對(duì)著一棵沒(méi)有動(dòng)物的樹亂叫。這個(gè)俚語(yǔ)比喻：“錯(cuò)怪某人，攻擊錯(cuò)了目標(biāo)”。因此，當(dāng)美國(guó)人說(shuō)"You're barking up the wrong tree!"時(shí)，他/她要表達(dá)的意思就是:"You are accusing me wrongly!"、"You are waking up the wrong passenger!"。
