有什么內(nèi)幕?

What's the catch 的翻譯比較靈活，依語境而定。日常交談中，對方免費給你好處，常常反問：What's the catch?就是問“有什么詭計?”;也可譯為“你這是什么意思?”或者“有什么內(nèi)幕?”。因此，當美國人說"What's the catch?"時，他/她要表達的意思就是:"Any more information about it?"、"Can you give me more details about it?"。
