I am Li Ming and I am 17 years old. Both of my parents are doctors in a big hospital in Beijing. I am the only child in the family, so you can imagine that my parents are really very kind to me. However, they are very strict with me in my study.

我叫李明，今年17歲。我父母都是北京一家大醫(yī)院的醫(yī)生。我是家里的獨(dú)生子，因此你可以想像父母對我非常疼愛，但在學(xué)習(xí)上，他們對我卻非常嚴(yán)格。

During my spare time, I like to read a lot of books. Many of them are about medicine. I think that may be because of the strong influence of my parents. They are both very busy and hardworking. Sometimes, they also complain about their poor pay and hard work, but when they face their patients, they forget all the unhappy things.

我在業(yè)余時(shí)間喜歡讀許多書，尤其是醫(yī)藥方面的。我想這大概是由于父母的影響。我父母都非常忙，有時(shí)他們也會抱怨工資微薄，工作繁重，但是，一旦面對病人，所有不愉快都被拋在腦后。

I admire my parents very much and I hope in the future I can also be a doctor to relieve the pain of patients and to bring love to society.
