David:Actually, thanksgiving is a national holiday in the US, the origins are from the nationalhistory of the country. when the English builders arrived to the America, they suffered verysevere conditions. they didn't bring many resources, they were hungry and of course it was avery difficult time for them.
實(shí)際上感恩節(jié)是美國的全國性節(jié)日，這與美國的歷史密不可分。當(dāng)初英國人到達(dá)美洲大陸，資源不夠，整天挨餓，所以他們現(xiàn)在用這個節(jié)日感謝救助過他們的土著印第安人。
