[00:00.06]Unit 10 A Fairy Encounter 第10單元 遇見(jiàn)仙女 [00:04.01]One day, while walking through the forest, Jessica heard a strange noise. 有一天，杰西卡行經(jīng)森林時(shí)聽(tīng)到一個(gè)怪聲，聽(tīng)起來(lái)像是有人在唱歌的聲音。 [00:11.17]It sounded liked singing. She looked around but she was alone. Then Jessica saw something moving in the bush. 她東張西望卻不見(jiàn)半個(gè)人影，四周除了她一個(gè)人以外沒(méi)有別人。 [00:19.44]Just at that moment, something shot out of the bush and flew around her head. 接著杰西卡看到灌木叢里有個(gè)東西在動(dòng)，突然就從草叢里面沖出一個(gè)東西在她頭上飛來(lái)飛去。 [00:25.30]It wasn't a bird. Why? It was a fairy about the size of Jessica's finger. 那不是鳥(niǎo)，哎呀，原來(lái)是個(gè)和杰西卡手指差不多大小的仙女。 [00:32.08]It was very beautiful with tiny little wings. 它長(zhǎng)得非常美麗，還有一對(duì)小小的翅膀。 [00:35.46]The fairy said, "Come with me." and pointed to the bush. "I am too big, I can't fit in there." “跟我來(lái)。”仙女邊說(shuō)邊指著灌木叢?！拔姨罅?，我進(jìn)不去?！? [00:44.16]The little fairy wiggled her nose and Jessica shrank to the same size as the fairy. 于是小仙女扭動(dòng)一下鼻子，杰西卡便縮小成和仙女一樣大。 [00:50.41]Behind the bush, Jessica saw a beautiful village that sparkled and shone like a mountain of jewels. 就在灌木叢后面，杰西卡看到一座像寶石山一般閃閃發(fā)光的美麗村落。 [00:57.56]"This is where I live," said the fairy. "Would you like to live there with us?" asked the fairy. “這就是我住的地方。”仙女問(wèn)道：“你要和我們一起住嗎?” [01:04.36]Just then, Jessica heard her mom calling her. 就在這時(shí)，杰西卡聽(tīng)到她媽媽在叫她。 [01:08.07]"Oh, I would love to stay, but my mom is calling me. Can you please make me big again?" “哦，我很想留下來(lái)，可是我媽媽在叫我了?？梢哉?qǐng)你把我變回原來(lái)那么大嗎?” [01:14.43]So the fairy wiggled her nose and Jessica was big again. 于是仙女又扭動(dòng)一下鼻子，把杰西卡變回原來(lái)的樣子。 [01:18.53]Jessica ran home and promised to come and visit the fairy again soon. 杰西卡跑回家前答應(yīng)仙女會(huì)很快會(huì)再來(lái)探望她。
