第一句：But the name of the company hasn't been changed.
但是公司仍保留原名。
A: I heard that your company has been dissolved.

是的。但是公司仍保留原名。
第二句：It is under the same style of Messrs. Bill & Co..
沿用比爾斯公司這個(gè)名字。
A: Have you changed the firm name?
你們改公司名字了嗎?
B: No. It is under the same style of Messrs. Bill & Co..
沒(méi)有。沿用比爾斯公司這個(gè)名字。
A: Has the company kept its original address?
公司還在原址營(yíng)業(yè)嗎?
B: Yes.
是的。
公司的合并是指兩個(gè)以上的公司合并為一個(gè)公司。公司合并的方式有二：一是將現(xiàn)在的兩個(gè)以上的公司同時(shí)解散，共同成立一家新的公司;二是將一個(gè)或一個(gè)以上的公司予以解散，而將其財(cái)產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)歸一家現(xiàn)存的公司。
