講解：

該習語源自《圣經(jīng)》。根據(jù)《圣經(jīng)》記載，猶太教教派之一的法利賽人嚴于律已，篤信教義。有人把植物的芒刺扎在自己的長袍滾邊，行走時，那些刺兒會扎破皮肉，常弄得袍子口血跡斑斑。后來，這條成語常被人喻指“不斷使人苦惱的事，眼中釘，肉中刺”。
