中共中央總書記、國家主席習(xí)近平7月6日在北京以視頻連線方式出席中國共產(chǎn)黨與世界政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會并發(fā)表主旨講話，強(qiáng)調(diào)政黨要擔(dān)負(fù)起促進(jìn)發(fā)展的歷史責(zé)任，讓發(fā)展成果惠及各國人民，提升全球發(fā)展的公平性、有效性、協(xié)同性。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, called on the world's political parties to shoulder their historical responsibility to promote development with results shared by people of all countries and improve the fairness, efficiency and coordination of global development. Xi, also Chinese president, made the remarks while delivering the keynote speech in Beijing at the CPC and World Political Parties Summit via video link on July 6.

此次峰會主題是“為人民謀幸福：政黨的責(zé)任”。

來自160多個國家的500多個政黨和政治組織的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、逾萬名政黨和各界代表出席會議。100多個國家的政黨在本國共設(shè)置了近200個集體會場，組織本黨代表集體參加此次峰會。上海、陜西延安、廣東深圳、福建寧德、浙江安吉等地設(shè)置了國內(nèi)分會場，地方部分黨員干部同步收看峰會盛況。峰會發(fā)表共同倡議，表達(dá)與會政黨維護(hù)世界和平發(fā)展、增進(jìn)人民福祉的共同愿望。

此次會議是中國共產(chǎn)黨在成立100周年之際舉辦的重要多邊外交活動，旨在同世界各國政黨加強(qiáng)治國理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流互鑒，共同應(yīng)對世界百年變局和世紀(jì)疫情帶來的挑戰(zhàn)，增強(qiáng)為人民謀幸福的理念和能力，促進(jìn)世界和平與發(fā)展，推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體。

【重要講話】

在人類追求幸福的道路上，一個國家、一個民族都不能少。世界上所有國家、所有民族都應(yīng)該享有平等的發(fā)展機(jī)會和權(quán)利。我們要直面貧富差距、發(fā)展鴻溝等重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題，關(guān)注欠發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)，關(guān)愛貧困民眾。

On the road to the well-being of all mankind, no country or nation should be left behind. All countries and nations are equally entitled to development opportunities and rights to development. Political parties should face squarely up to major problems such as wealth gap and development divide, with particular attention and care given to underdeveloped countries and regions and impoverished people.

我們要擔(dān)負(fù)起加強(qiáng)合作的責(zé)任，攜手應(yīng)對全球性風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn)。面對仍在肆虐的新冠肺炎疫情，我們要倡導(dǎo)團(tuán)結(jié)合作，彌合“免疫鴻溝”，反對將疫情政治化、病毒標(biāo)簽化，共同推動構(gòu)建人類衛(wèi)生健康共同體。

World's political parties should strengthen international cooperation to cope with the global risks and challenges. Facing a COVID-19 pandemic that is still surging globally, countries should intensify solidarity and cooperation to narrow the vaccine gap, oppose politicizing the disease and jointly advance the building of a global community of health for all.
