會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，要群策群力堅(jiān)決遏制重特大事故，深入開展化工和礦山、燃?xì)夤艿?、工業(yè)園區(qū)、?；愤\(yùn)輸、道路交通安全等領(lǐng)域安全整治，全面排查治理各類重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患。嚴(yán)格安全生產(chǎn)執(zhí)法，嚴(yán)厲打擊各類違法違規(guī)行為，依法依規(guī)嚴(yán)肅事故調(diào)查和責(zé)任追究。強(qiáng)化社會(huì)面防控，堅(jiān)決防止發(fā)生極端暴力案事件。扎實(shí)提升本質(zhì)安全水平，加大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施安全投入，加強(qiáng)應(yīng)急處置能力建設(shè)。廣泛開展安全宣傳教育，提升全社會(huì)安全意識(shí)能力，筑牢安全生產(chǎn)的人民防線。

As several work safety accidents and incidents related to campus safety have occurred recently in a number of places, local authorities and relevant departments should learn the lesson, shoulder all responsibilities earnestly, develop a keen political sense and tighten safety hazard checks thoroughly. Concrete actions must be taken to ward off major emergencies, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, maintain overall social stability, and create a good atmosphere for celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.

生命重于泰山。各級(jí)黨委和政府務(wù)必把安全生產(chǎn)擺到重要位置，樹牢安全發(fā)展理念，絕不能只重發(fā)展不顧安全，更不能將其視作無關(guān)痛癢的事，搞形式主義、官僚主義。
Life is of paramount importance. Party committees and governments at all levels should put workplace safety high on the agenda and promote safe development. Pursuing development regardless of safety or considering safety insignificant are not allowed. Formalism and bureaucratism should be avoided.
