3月22日至25日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在福建考察時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，要在服務(wù)和融入新發(fā)展格局上展現(xiàn)更大作為，奮力譜寫全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家福建篇章。
President Xi Jinping stressed more efforts to serve and integrate into the new development paradigm in fully building a modern socialist country. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks during his inspection trip to east China's Fujian province from March 22 to March 25.

“加快形成以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進(jìn)的新發(fā)展格局”，這是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央基于當(dāng)前和今后一個時(shí)期國內(nèi)外形勢、著眼高質(zhì)量發(fā)展作出的重大戰(zhàn)略部署。
這一重大戰(zhàn)略部署立足國內(nèi)國際兩個大局，既利當(dāng)前，更利長遠(yuǎn)，為牢牢把握發(fā)展主動權(quán)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐。
科學(xué)把握新發(fā)展格局的實(shí)踐要求，關(guān)鍵是準(zhǔn)確把握“兩個循環(huán)”的辯證統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。國內(nèi)大循環(huán)與國際循環(huán)相互依存、相互促進(jìn)，構(gòu)成一個有機(jī)整體，不能割裂開來、片面強(qiáng)調(diào)某一個方面，更不能將二者對立起來。良好的國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為國際循環(huán)夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，順暢的國際循環(huán)為國內(nèi)大循環(huán)提供有力支持，“兩個循環(huán)”協(xié)同運(yùn)行、優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，才能形成良性互動、相得益彰的新發(fā)展格局。
