1月11日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在省部級主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十九屆五中全會精神專題研討班開班式上發(fā)表重要講話強(qiáng)調(diào)，要堅(jiān)決貫徹黨的十九屆五中全會精神，準(zhǔn)確把握新發(fā)展階段，深入貫徹新發(fā)展理念，加快構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局，推動“十四五”時期高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，確保全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家開好局、起好步。
President Xi Jinping on Jan 11 called for ensuring a good start for fully building a modern socialist country. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks when addressing the opening of a study session at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee attended by provincial and ministerial-level officials. Xi stressed the need to resolutely implement the guiding principles of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and urged the officials to accurately understand the new development stage, act on the new development philosophy and accelerate the establishment of the new development paradigm to drive high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) period.

正確認(rèn)識黨和人民事業(yè)所處的歷史方位和發(fā)展階段，是我們黨明確階段性中心任務(wù)、制定路線方針政策的根本依據(jù)，也是我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)革命、建設(shè)、改革不斷取得勝利的重要經(jīng)驗(yàn)。黨的十九屆五中全會提出，全面建成小康社會、實(shí)現(xiàn)第一個百年奮斗目標(biāo)之后，我們要乘勢而上開啟全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家新征程、向第二個百年奮斗目標(biāo)進(jìn)軍，這標(biāo)志著我國進(jìn)入了一個新發(fā)展階段。作出這樣的戰(zhàn)略判斷，有著深刻的依據(jù)。新發(fā)展階段是社會主義初級階段中的一個階段，同時是其中經(jīng)過幾十年積累、站到了新的起點(diǎn)上的一個階段。新發(fā)展階段是我們黨帶領(lǐng)人民迎來從站起來、富起來到強(qiáng)起來歷史性跨越的新階段。經(jīng)過新中國成立以來特別是改革開放40多年的不懈奮斗，我們已經(jīng)擁有開啟新征程、實(shí)現(xiàn)新的更高目標(biāo)的雄厚物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。新中國成立不久，我們黨就提出建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的目標(biāo)，未來30年將是我們完成這個歷史宏愿的新發(fā)展階段。
