中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在第三次中央新疆工作座談會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)，要努力建設(shè)新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新疆。習(xí)近平表示，全黨要把貫徹新時(shí)代黨的治疆方略作為一項(xiàng)政治任務(wù)，確保新疆工作始終保持正確政治方向。

President Xi Jinping has called for efforts to build Xinjiang featuring socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks at the third central symposium on work related to Xinjiang. He demanded the entire Party make implementing the Party's Xinjiang policies in the new era a political task, always maintaining the correct political orientation of the work related to Xinjiang.

第二次中央新疆工作座談會(huì)以來(lái)，經(jīng)過(guò)各方面艱辛努力，新疆工作取得了重大成效。新疆經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和民生改善取得了前所未有的成就，各族群眾的獲得感、幸福感、安全感不斷增強(qiáng)。一是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展持續(xù)向好。2014年至2019年，新疆地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值由9195.9億元增長(zhǎng)到13597.1億元，年均增長(zhǎng)7.2%。二是人民生活明顯改善。2014年至2019年，新疆居民人均可支配收入年均增長(zhǎng)9.1%。三是脫貧攻堅(jiān)取得決定性成就。截至2019年，全疆累計(jì)脫貧292.32萬(wàn)人、退出3107個(gè)貧困村、摘帽22個(gè)貧困縣，貧困發(fā)生率由2014年的19.4%降至1.24%?？偟目?，新疆呈現(xiàn)出社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、人民安居樂(lè)業(yè)的良好局面，為邁向長(zhǎng)治久安奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。事實(shí)充分證明，我國(guó)民族工作做得是成功的。

黨的十八大以來(lái)，黨中央深化對(duì)治疆規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)和把握，形成了新時(shí)代黨的治疆方略，堅(jiān)持從戰(zhàn)略上審視和謀劃新疆工作，堅(jiān)持把社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和長(zhǎng)治久安作為新疆工作總目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)持以凝聚人心為根本，堅(jiān)持鑄牢中華民族共同體意識(shí)，堅(jiān)持我國(guó)宗教中國(guó)化方向，堅(jiān)持弘揚(yáng)和培育社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，堅(jiān)持緊貼民生推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，堅(jiān)持加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)新疆工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。實(shí)踐證明，新時(shí)代黨的治疆方略完全正確，必須長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持。

We should make long-term and solid efforts to develop Xinjiang into a region featuring socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era that is united, harmonious, prosperous, and culturally advanced, with healthy ecosystems and people living and working in contentment.

做好新疆工作是全黨全國(guó)的大事，必須牢固樹(shù)立全國(guó)一盤(pán)棋思想，完善黨中央統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、中央部門(mén)支持指導(dǎo)、各省市支援配合、新疆發(fā)揮主體作用的工作機(jī)制。

It is of great significance for the whole Party and the entire country to work together and better perform Xinjiang-related work. We should improve the working mechanism in which the CPC Central Committee exerts the unified leadership, the central departments offer guidance and support, other provincial-level regions render support and cooperation, and Xinjiang plays its principal role.
