我國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域首個(gè)強(qiáng)制性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)日前出臺(tái)，這是對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)質(zhì)量的底線要求。根據(jù)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)符合消防、衛(wèi)生與健康、環(huán)境保護(hù)、食品藥品、建筑、設(shè)施設(shè)備等方面的要求。同時(shí)，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)對(duì)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的培訓(xùn)，做好應(yīng)急預(yù)案等工作，以便不斷提高管理的規(guī)范化水平。

China has rolled out its first set of mandatory national standards in the field of senior care to provide bottom-line requirements for service quality of the sector. Elderly care organizations should meet requirements on aspects such as fire prevention, hygiene and health, environmental protection, food, medicine, buildings and facilities. It also requires improving the training of senior caregivers and management of pension organizations such as making emergency response plans.

《養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)安全基本規(guī)范》強(qiáng)制性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱標(biāo)準(zhǔn))日前公布，將于2022年1月1日起實(shí)施。這是我國(guó)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)領(lǐng)域第一項(xiàng)強(qiáng)制性國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要內(nèi)容包括基本要求、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、服務(wù)防護(hù)和管理要求等。其中，基本要求部分明確了養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)符合消防、衛(wèi)生與健康、環(huán)境保護(hù)、食品藥品、建筑、設(shè)施設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的強(qiáng)制性規(guī)定及要求。同時(shí)，對(duì)養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員培訓(xùn)、建立晝夜巡查和交接班制度等基礎(chǔ)性工作提出了要求。安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估部分明確了老年人入住養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)前應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行服務(wù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估及評(píng)估的相關(guān)要求，這是精準(zhǔn)做好養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)安全防范的第一關(guān)。在服務(wù)防護(hù)部分，對(duì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中迫切需要統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的噎食、墜床、燙傷、跌倒、走失、他傷和自傷等九類服務(wù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，明確針對(duì)性的預(yù)防和處置措施等相關(guān)要求。管理要求部分明確了養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)要做好應(yīng)急預(yù)案、評(píng)價(jià)與改進(jìn)、安全教育等工作，以便于不斷提高服務(wù)安全管理的規(guī)范化水平和持續(xù)性改進(jìn)能力。
