1月10日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在人民大會(huì)堂向核潛艇設(shè)計(jì)師黃旭華和大氣物理學(xué)家曾慶存頒發(fā)國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)。

President Xi Jinping presented the State Preeminent Science and Technology Award, China’s top scientific honor, to nuclear submarine designer Huang Xuhua and atmospheric physicist Zeng Qingcun at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Friday.

國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)每年評(píng)審一次，根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的《關(guān)于深化科技獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度改革的方案》，規(guī)定“國(guó)家三大獎(jiǎng)”每年授獎(jiǎng)總數(shù)不超過(guò)300項(xiàng)。國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)包括：國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)，即大家常說(shuō)的“國(guó)家三大獎(jiǎng)”，還有授予外籍科學(xué)家或外國(guó)組織的中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)際科學(xué)技術(shù)合作獎(jiǎng)和分量最重的國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)。國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)是為表彰在基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域取得重大突破、帶來(lái)深遠(yuǎn)影響的科學(xué)工作者，以及創(chuàng)造了巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、促進(jìn)了社會(huì)進(jìn)步的杰出科學(xué)家而設(shè)立的。
