中央農(nóng)村工作會(huì)議12月20日至21日在北京召開，研究部署2020年“三農(nóng)”工作。會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，要堅(jiān)決打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)，要一鼓作氣、乘勢(shì)而上，集中力量全面完成剩余脫貧任務(wù)，要鞏固脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果防止返貧。

The central rural work conference was held in Beijing from Dec 20 to 21, outlining the roadmap for the country's work related to agriculture, rural areas and rural people in the coming year. The conference stressed the importance of winning the battle against poverty, and called for consistent efforts to lift the rest of the poor population out of poverty and effective steps to prevent people from slipping back into poverty.

近日召開的中央農(nóng)村工作會(huì)議貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記重要講話和中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議精神，圍繞全面建成小康社會(huì)和打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)，研究部署2020年“三農(nóng)”工作，為如期完成脫貧攻堅(jiān)任務(wù)、補(bǔ)上全面小康“三農(nóng)”領(lǐng)域短板提供了重要遵循。會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)是全面建成小康社會(huì)的重中之重，要一鼓作氣、乘勢(shì)而上，集中力量全面完成剩余脫貧任務(wù)。會(huì)議指出，全面建成小康社會(huì)，最突出的短板在“三農(nóng)”。會(huì)議列出了“三農(nóng)”領(lǐng)域8項(xiàng)補(bǔ)短板任務(wù)：加大農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)力度，提高農(nóng)村供水保障水平，扎實(shí)搞好農(nóng)村人居環(huán)境整治，提高農(nóng)村教育質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)，加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障，改善鄉(xiāng)村公共文化服務(wù)，治理農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境突出問(wèn)題。此外，會(huì)議還指出，要多渠道促進(jìn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)增收、要保障糧豬等重要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品有效供給，以及要加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)“三農(nóng)”工作的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

【重要講話】

要堅(jiān)決打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)，不獲全勝?zèng)Q不收兵。要集中資源、強(qiáng)化保障、精準(zhǔn)施策，加快補(bǔ)上“三農(nóng)”領(lǐng)域短板。要壓實(shí)部門和地方政府責(zé)任，保護(hù)好農(nóng)民種糧積極性。

The battle against poverty won't stop until victory is secured. Efforts will be made to pool resources, enhance support and take targeted measures to strengthen the weak links in the work on agriculture, rural areas and rural people. Related departments and local governments should shoulder their responsibilities and sustain farmers' enthusiasm for grain production.
