北京垃圾分類新規(guī)來(lái)了！個(gè)人不分類投放擬罰200元

10月14日，《北京市生活垃圾管理?xiàng)l例修正案(草案送審稿)》在首都之窗網(wǎng)上公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)，時(shí)間截止到11月13日。

Individuals in Beijing who refuse to sort their garbage will be subject to a fine of 200 yuan, according to a new draft amendment to the city's current regulations on domestic waste management.

Companies and organizations could be fined from 10,000 to 50,000 yuan if they refuse to follow the new regulations, according to the draft.

單位拒絕將生活垃圾分別投放至相應(yīng)收集容器的處1萬(wàn)元以上5萬(wàn)元以下罰款。

北京生活垃圾采取了“四分法”，共分為廚余垃圾(餐廚垃圾 kitchen waste)、可回收物(recyclables)、有害垃圾(hazardous waste)、其他垃圾(other waste)。

餐館、旅館主動(dòng)提供一次性用品可罰5000元

The regulation also proposes a fine from 1,000 yuan to 5,000 yuan for restaurants, food delivery companies, and hotels that continue to provide disposable cutlery or single-use toiletries when consumers have not explicitly requested them.

條例草案還規(guī)定，餐飲服務(wù)者、餐飲配送服務(wù)提供者以及旅館經(jīng)營(yíng)單位主動(dòng)向消費(fèi)者提供一次性餐具或者一次性日用品的，或?qū)⒚媾R1000到5000元的罰款。

Express delivery firms that operate in Beijing should use electronic waybills and green packaging materials such as recyclable boxes or bags and eco-friendly tape.

快遞企業(yè)在本市開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)使用電子運(yùn)單和環(huán)保箱(袋)、環(huán)保膠帶等環(huán)保包裝。

不分類投放垃圾或影響個(gè)人信用

Government departments and institutions will also need to promote a paperless work environment and not use disposable cups in their offices, said the draft.

草案提出，黨政機(jī)關(guān)、事業(yè)單位應(yīng)當(dāng)推行無(wú)紙化辦公，不使用一次性杯子。

Any violations of garbage sorting regulations committed by individuals will be recorded in public credit information system.

個(gè)人未將生活垃圾分別投放至相應(yīng)收集容器的相關(guān)違法行為還將納入公共信用信息管理。
