新一期國(guó)足集訓(xùn)大名單公布 李可成首位歸化國(guó)腳

5月30日下午，中國(guó)足協(xié)官方公布了新一期國(guó)足集訓(xùn)大名單，今年以內(nèi)援身份加盟北京國(guó)安的原英格蘭籍中場(chǎng)球員李可在列。

Beijing Guo'an midfielder Li Ke will become the first naturalized player ever to enter the Chinese men's national team as the Chinese Football Association released the new 24-man squad called up by newly returned head coach Marcelo Lippi on Thursday.

中國(guó)足協(xié)5月30日公布了里皮回歸主教練之后的新一期24人集訓(xùn)名單，北京國(guó)安中場(chǎng)球員李可成為首位入選男足國(guó)家隊(duì)的歸化球員。

【名詞解釋】

歸化(naturalization)指非某國(guó)公民獲取該國(guó)公民身份或國(guó)籍的行為或過程(the legal act or process by which a non-citizen in a country may acquire citizenship or nationality of that country)。

歸化球員(naturalized player)，是指在自己國(guó)籍以外自愿、主動(dòng)取得其他國(guó)家國(guó)籍的球員(a player who willingly and voluntarily acquires nationality of a country other than his country of origin)。

根據(jù)國(guó)際足聯(lián)規(guī)定，球員需滿足以下4個(gè)條件中的至少一個(gè)才能“歸化”：

1、球員出生在該國(guó)(the player was born in the host country);

2、球員的父母至少一方出生在該國(guó)(either one of the player's parents was born in the host country);

3、球員的祖父母至少一方出生在該國(guó)(either one of the player's grandparents was born in the host country);

4、在入籍國(guó)連續(xù)生活滿5年(the player has been living in the host country for at least 5 years)。

同時(shí)，球員沒有代表其他協(xié)會(huì)的成年國(guó)家隊(duì)參加國(guó)際足聯(lián)A級(jí)賽事的記錄。

李可和同為國(guó)安隊(duì)友的侯永永是中國(guó)足球歷史上第一批歸化球員。今年1月31日國(guó)安官宣侯永永和李可作為歸化球員加盟，他們的母親都來自中國(guó)。

Li Ke, 26, came from English Premier League side Arsenal's youth academy and has played for Arsenal and English Championship side Brentford.

李可，26歲，出身于阿森納青訓(xùn)，曾效力于阿森納和英冠俱樂部布倫特福德。

Hou Yongyong, 21,joined Guo'an from Norway's first division league giants Rosenborg Ballklub. He started playing for Rosenborg Ballklub from 16 and was the youngest player in the club's history.

侯永永，21歲，加入國(guó)安前效力于挪超豪門羅森博格。他16歲代表羅森博格在聯(lián)賽中出場(chǎng)，成為隊(duì)史上最年輕的聯(lián)賽出場(chǎng)球員。

各國(guó)對(duì)歸化人員的要求各不相同，不過基本都要求遵守入籍國(guó)的法律(obey and uphold the host country's laws)、對(duì)入籍國(guó)的主要語言和文化有足夠的了解(adequate knowledge of the national dominant language or culture)。

3月29日，中國(guó)足協(xié)發(fā)布《中國(guó)足球協(xié)會(huì)入籍球員管理暫行規(guī)定》，對(duì)歸化球員提出了相關(guān)要求，并對(duì)歸化球員的轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)(transfer)、注冊(cè)(registration)、參賽(entry)等做出了具體規(guī)定。

"Naturalized players should be given traditional Chinese cultural education and learn Chinese history and the [country's current] situation," states a new regulation released by the Chinese Football Association.

中國(guó)足協(xié)發(fā)布的規(guī)定指出：“歸化球員應(yīng)接受傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)文化教育，學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)歷史及當(dāng)前國(guó)情。”

Naturalized players should be able to tell the national flag and emblem and sing the national anthem, the regulation says.

歸化球員應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)國(guó)旗、國(guó)徽，會(huì)唱國(guó)歌。

業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示，從國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看，歸化國(guó)腳確實(shí)能讓國(guó)家隊(duì)實(shí)力在短時(shí)間內(nèi)有質(zhì)的提升，在取得榮譽(yù)后使得本國(guó)足球受到廣泛關(guān)注，從而推動(dòng)發(fā)展。與歸化工作同步的，應(yīng)是對(duì)于我們自身人才的培養(yǎng)。
