王源就餐廳內吸煙一事道歉 稱愿意接受處罰

The footage and accompanying screenshots shared to microblogging platform Weibo on Tuesday morning, which show the singer also known as Roy Wang smoking a cigarette, quickly inspired a hashtag translating to “Wang Yuan smoking,” which had over 1 billion views by that evening.

王源吸煙的視頻和截圖21日上午在微博發(fā)布后，迅速引發(fā)了#王源抽煙#熱門話題標簽，當晚，該話題閱讀量已經(jīng)超過10億。

【單詞講解】

Hashtag原本指“井號(#)”，在社交媒體平臺多用來標注某個話題，也稱為“話題標簽”。微博上常見的一些跟話題相關的功能有：熱搜榜(most searched hashtags)、熱門話題榜(most popular hashtags)等。

如果要表達“某個話題在微博上瘋傳”就可以用很經(jīng)典的句式the hashtag went viral on Weibo來表示。

21日下午2點44分，王源在微博上就此事公開道歉。

Wang issued an apology on his Weibo account, saying he had set a “bad example” and would accept any punishment handed down to him for the incident.

王源在微博上公開道歉，稱自己做了一個錯誤的示范，會承擔相應的責任并接受處罰。

He apologized for the potential negative influence from his misbehavior, promising better behavior in the future.

他表示，對自己造成的不良社會影響，感到十分抱歉和愧疚，今后一定會更加注重自身的言行。

粉絲們紛紛在微博下留言表示支持。

當日下午，北京市衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督部門也在官方微博上對“王源抽煙”一事進行反饋。

The Beijing Center of Health Supervision warned punishment would follow if they can confirm these violations, adding the matter has been under investigation in a post released on its official Sina Weibo account.

北京市衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督中心在官方微博上表示，正在對此事進行核實調查，如果情況屬實，將依法進行處罰。

隨后朝陽區(qū)衛(wèi)監(jiān)所對位于工人體育館附近的“桐壽司”進行執(zhí)法檢查。

執(zhí)法人員現(xiàn)場檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)，餐廳沒有禁止吸煙的標識(they can't find any "no smoking" sign at the restaurant)，也沒有相應的禁止吸煙管理制度，違反了相關要求。朝陽區(qū)衛(wèi)監(jiān)所責令該餐廳限期改正(order correction within a specified time limit)，整改期間如果仍有問題，將依法進行處理。

2015年6月1日起施行的《北京市控制吸煙條例》規(guī)定的禁煙范圍：

公共場所、工作場所的室內區(qū)域以及公共交通工具(indoor public places, workplaces and public transport facilities);

幼兒園、中小學校、少年宮、兒童福利機構等以未成年人為主要活動人群的場所(places where minors frequently visit);

對社會開放的文物保護單位(cultural relic protection units open to the public);

體育場、健身場的比賽區(qū)和坐席區(qū)(competition area and audience area of stadiums and gymnasiums);

婦幼保健機構、兒童醫(yī)院的室外區(qū)域(outdoor areas at maternal and child care institutes and children's hospitals)。

條例規(guī)定，個人違反本條例規(guī)定，在禁止吸煙場所或者排隊等候隊伍中吸煙的，由市或者區(qū)、縣衛(wèi)生計生行政部門責令改正，可以處50元罰款;拒不改正的，處200元罰款(individuals who smoke at smoke-free areas will be fined 50 yuan, and the fine rises to 200 yuan if the violators refuse to correct their behavior)。

禁煙場所經(jīng)營者發(fā)現(xiàn)客人吸煙而不勸阻的，由市或者區(qū)、縣衛(wèi)生計生行政部門處5000元以上1萬元以下罰款。
