火車(chē)上要設(shè)“兒童車(chē)廂”嗎？網(wǎng)友們吵翻了

這兩天網(wǎng)友們討論的一個(gè)話(huà)題是：

火車(chē)上該不該設(shè)“兒童車(chē)廂”?

針對(duì)這個(gè)提議，中國(guó)鐵路總公司客運(yùn)部主任黃欣在中國(guó)之聲《溫暖回家路》特別節(jié)目中回應(yīng)說(shuō)，

The idea is very creative, and they always welcome new ideas and suggestions being put forward to the rail services.

網(wǎng)友想法很有創(chuàng)意，歡迎廣大網(wǎng)友、廣大旅客多給鐵路提出更多更好改進(jìn)工作的意見(jiàn)和建議。

Whether or not it's necessary to concentrate noisy children in one compartment, all public transport faces a similar situation.

是不是需要把吵鬧的孩子集中在一個(gè)車(chē)廂，所有的公共交通工具都會(huì)面臨類(lèi)似的情況。

There are people suggesting that those who like to watch films or listen to music should be concentrated in one carriage. These suggestions provide inspiration for the improvement of the public transport sector, but also bring new challenges about how we can further improve and refine the services of public transportation.

也許還會(huì)有人建議，把喜歡看電影、喜歡聽(tīng)音樂(lè)的各集中在一個(gè)車(chē)廂，這些建議對(duì)公共交通部門(mén)完善工作有很多啟發(fā)，也對(duì)進(jìn)一步提高公共交通運(yùn)輸人性化、精細(xì)化服務(wù)帶來(lái)新的挑戰(zhàn)。

新聞一出，網(wǎng)友們有舉雙手雙腳支持的，也有人表示，贊成的都是沒(méi)孩子的。

受此啟發(fā)，還有網(wǎng)友提議，愛(ài)看電影的、愛(ài)外放聽(tīng)歌的都可以考慮專(zhuān)門(mén)安排在一個(gè)車(chē)廂。

其實(shí)，針對(duì)某一類(lèi)乘客開(kāi)設(shè)專(zhuān)門(mén)的車(chē)票服務(wù)此前已有先例。

2015年4月，京滬穗深四地高鐵動(dòng)臥推出“女賓包房(ladies-only compartment)”車(chē)票服務(wù)。女性乘客在鐵道部網(wǎng)站購(gòu)票時(shí)，系統(tǒng)會(huì)優(yōu)先將票分配到女賓包房中(get priority in ticket allocation in the ladies-only compartments)，因?yàn)橄到y(tǒng)會(huì)通過(guò)用戶(hù)的身份證號(hào)自動(dòng)識(shí)別其性別。

除此以外，家庭出行的旅客可以"購(gòu)買(mǎi)整包"(book an entire compartment)，同時(shí)還能享受季節(jié)性折扣(seasonal discount)。

鐵路客車(chē)上一節(jié)一節(jié)的車(chē)廂在英式英語(yǔ)中一般用coach或carriage表示，美式英語(yǔ)中常用car表示，乘客車(chē)廂就是passenger coach或passenger car，臥鋪車(chē)廂中獨(dú)立的隔間叫compartment?；疖?chē)上其他功能的車(chē)廂還有：行李車(chē)廂(baggage car)、餐車(chē)(dinning car)、臥鋪車(chē)廂(sleeping car)、硬座車(chē)廂(chair car)等。
