我國(guó)將開(kāi)展首個(gè)“憲法宣傳周”活動(dòng)

China will launch its first Constitution Week publicity campaign, which is scheduled from Dec 2 to 8, according to an official circular released Monday.

根據(jù)26日發(fā)布的一份官方通知，我國(guó)計(jì)劃自12月2日至8日，開(kāi)展首個(gè)“憲法宣傳周”活動(dòng)。

根據(jù)中央宣傳部(the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China)、司法部(Ministry of Justice)、全國(guó)普法辦公室( the national office for law popularization)日前聯(lián)合發(fā)出的通知，這是我國(guó)第一個(gè)“憲法宣傳周”。

據(jù)介紹，今年12月4日是第五個(gè)國(guó)家憲法日(Constitution Day)，也是第一個(gè)“憲法宣傳周”。這次宣傳周活動(dòng)的主題是尊崇憲法、學(xué)習(xí)憲法、遵守憲法、維護(hù)憲法、運(yùn)用憲法。

通知要求，要重點(diǎn)抓好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部這個(gè)“關(guān)鍵少數(shù)”憲法學(xué)習(xí)教育。推動(dòng)國(guó)家工作人員帶頭學(xué)習(xí)憲法、遵守憲法、維護(hù)憲法、忠于憲法(take the lead in learning, observing, upholding and being allegiant to the Constitution)。增強(qiáng)各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部走中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治道路的自覺(jué)性和堅(jiān)定性，提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部運(yùn)用法治思維和法治方式解決問(wèn)題(better employ the rule-of-law thinking and approaches to solve problems)的能力。

通知還要求，要堅(jiān)持憲法教育從娃娃抓起，全面落實(shí)相關(guān)規(guī)定，廣泛深入開(kāi)展青少年憲法教育(extensive Constitution education for Chinese youth)，讓?xiě)椃ǚㄖ尉裨谇嗌倌觐^腦中扎根。要采取人民群眾喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)的形式(in a manner welcomed by the public)，廣泛開(kāi)展憲法宣傳進(jìn)企業(yè)、進(jìn)農(nóng)村、進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)、進(jìn)校園、進(jìn)社區(qū)、進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)等活動(dòng)(improve Constitution publicity in the whole society, including enterprises, rural areas, government organs, communities and cyberspace)，推動(dòng)憲法宣傳社會(huì)面全覆蓋，推動(dòng)憲法精神進(jìn)基層，使憲法走入日常生活、走入人民群眾中。

通知強(qiáng)調(diào)，要嚴(yán)格落實(shí)“誰(shuí)執(zhí)法誰(shuí)普法”普法責(zé)任制，把憲法學(xué)習(xí)宣傳列入部門(mén)普法責(zé)任清單，在立法、執(zhí)法、司法和法律服務(wù)全過(guò)程開(kāi)展憲法學(xué)習(xí)宣傳教育(advance Constitution publicity and education in legislation, law enforcement, judicial work and legal services)。
