習近平主席的APEC、越老之行，滿滿都是情誼！

2017年11月10日至14日，中共中央總書記、國家主席習近平赴越南峴港出席亞太經(jīng)合組織(APEC)第二十五次領導人非正式會議，并對越南和老撾進行國事訪問。

這是黨的十九大之后，習近平主席首次出訪并在國際多邊舞臺發(fā)出中國聲音、并就亞太地區(qū)當下面臨的問題提出中國方案。

無論是在APEC工商領導人峰會演講，還是與越共中央總書記會談，或者是跟老撾國家主席會談，習近平主席都表達了中國對亞太整體發(fā)展的關切，以及作為全球第二大經(jīng)濟體的責任擔當。

中國與APEC共建亞太大家庭

亞太是全球經(jīng)濟最大的板塊，也是世界經(jīng)濟增長的一個主要引擎。工商界是促進經(jīng)濟增長的生力軍，是新發(fā)展理念的探索者、實踐者。

Our region, the Asia-Pacific, has the biggest share of the global economy; and it is a major engine driving global growth. The business community is a primary contributor to growth, as it keeps exploring new ways of development.

We need to take determined steps toward a Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific in line with the agreed roadmap, and herald a new round of development in the Asia-Pacific in the course of opening up.

China and Vietnam are close neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends sharing weal and woe, good comrades with similar ideals and beliefs, and good partners for win-win cooperation.

中越兩國都堅持共產(chǎn)黨領導，堅持社會主義道路，加強團結合作，共謀發(fā)展繁榮，符合兩國人民根本利益，也有利于本地區(qū)乃至世界和平、穩(wěn)定、發(fā)展。

The fact that China and Vietnam both follow the leadership of Communist parties and socialist road, jointly strengthen solidarity and cooperation, as well as seek prosperity, is in line with the fundamental interests of both peoples and conducive to the peace, stability and development of the region and the world.

為了引領好雙邊關系發(fā)展，雙方要堅定信念，把握住中越關系大方向，密切人文交流，夯實中越關系民意基礎，堅定維護中越友好合作，確保兩黨兩國關系始終朝著正確方向前進。

To guide the development of the bilateral ties, the two sides should hold the general direction of China-Vietnam relationship, enhance people-to-people exchanges, cement popular support of the bilateral ties, and firmly safeguard friendly cooperation between the two countries, so as to ensure that the relations between the two parties and two countries will always advance on the right track.

China and Laos have always treated each other as equals and supported each other in exploring innovation in socialist theories and practice, in fully advancing economic, political, cultural and social development, and in accelerating modernization.
