小心患上“疑病癥”

總是擔(dān)心身體不適，動(dòng)不動(dòng)就跑去醫(yī)院找醫(yī)生診斷，即使拿到完全正常的檢查報(bào)告也無(wú)法打消自己的顧慮……現(xiàn)代人生活節(jié)奏加快，壓力增大，小心患上疑病癥。

Hypochondria refers to an excessive preoccupation with one's health, usually focusing on some particular symptom, as cardiac or gastric problems.

疑病癥指的是過(guò)度擔(dān)憂個(gè)人健康問(wèn)題，通常集中于某些特定的癥狀，比如心臟或者胃部不適。

This debilitating condition is the result of an inaccurate perception of the condition of body or mind despite the absence of an actual medical diagnosis.

這種讓人衰弱的癥狀是由于盡管缺乏確實(shí)的醫(yī)療診斷，但對(duì)個(gè)人的身體或精神狀況認(rèn)識(shí)不準(zhǔn)確。

An individual suffering from hypochondriasis is known as a hypochondriac.
