無從下手的“諾曼門”

面對公共場所的某一個(gè)水管，無法立刻確定是該按壓還是旋轉(zhuǎn)它，望著通道前的一扇門，不知是應(yīng)推還是拉，拿著一個(gè)操作鍵眾多的電器遙控器卻無從下手……美國心理學(xué)家唐納德-諾曼將設(shè)計(jì)不佳，不利于用戶使用的物品，稱為“諾曼”。所以那些讓人不知道是推還是拉才能打開的門，被稱為“諾曼門”。

不知道怎么開門才是正確的，有這樣設(shè)計(jì)的門就稱為“諾曼門”。

所謂的“諾曼門”的設(shè)計(jì)元素給你錯(cuò)誤的使用信號(hào)，以至于需要特殊的標(biāo)識(shí)讓人搞清楚該怎么開關(guān)。如果沒有標(biāo)識(shí)，使用者就要猜測該推還是拉，導(dǎo)致不必要的挫敗。
