習(xí)近平亞洲之行熱詞回顧

10月13日到17日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平對(duì)柬埔寨、孟加拉國(guó)進(jìn)行了國(guó)事訪問，并出席了在印度果阿舉行的金磚國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第八次會(huì)晤。

柬、孟兩國(guó)是我國(guó)在東南亞和南亞的傳統(tǒng)友好近鄰和伙伴。

在金邊，習(xí)主席與柬埔寨王室、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和民眾親密互動(dòng)。訪問進(jìn)一步鞏固中柬傳統(tǒng)友好，大力推動(dòng)全面戰(zhàn)略合作，讓兩國(guó)繼續(xù)做高度互信的好朋友、肝膽相照的好伙伴、情同手足的好鄰居、休戚相關(guān)的命運(yùn)共同體。

習(xí)主席對(duì)孟加拉國(guó)的國(guó)事訪問，是30年來中國(guó)國(guó)家主席首次訪孟，當(dāng)?shù)馗鹘缫苑N種方式表達(dá)熱誠(chéng)的歡迎，哈米德總統(tǒng)親赴機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接。中孟要做發(fā)展道路上相互信任、彼此支持的朋友和伙伴，兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一致決定將中孟關(guān)系提升為戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。

10月16日，習(xí)近平主席在印度果阿舉行的金磚國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第八次會(huì)晤大范圍會(huì)議上發(fā)表題為《堅(jiān)定信心　共謀發(fā)展》的重要講話指出，金磚國(guó)家發(fā)展面臨著復(fù)雜、嚴(yán)峻的外部環(huán)境，但金磚國(guó)家完全有能力化挑戰(zhàn)為機(jī)遇，化壓力為動(dòng)力，同舟共濟(jì)，共克時(shí)艱。

以下我們用一些熱詞來回顧習(xí)近平主席此次出訪的亮點(diǎn)。

好鄰居、真朋友

Good neighbors and trusted friends

在對(duì)柬埔寨王國(guó)進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問前夕，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在柬埔寨《柬埔寨之光》報(bào)發(fā)表題為《做肝膽相照的好鄰居、真朋友》的署名文章。文章里面提到：

柬埔寨諺語(yǔ)說“信任如樹”，中柬傳統(tǒng)友誼歷經(jīng)歲月洗禮和國(guó)際風(fēng)云變幻考驗(yàn)，始終根深葉茂。這得益于兩國(guó)老一輩領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的精心培育。

A Cambodian proverb likens trust to the growth of a tree. The traditional China-Cambodia friendship, tested by the times and a changing international landscape, has grown strong like a luxuriant tree thanks to efforts made by past leaders of both countries.

進(jìn)入新時(shí)期，中柬友誼歷久彌新、不斷傳承和發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。兩國(guó)政治上高度互信，經(jīng)濟(jì)上互利雙贏，各領(lǐng)域務(wù)實(shí)合作成果豐碩，在國(guó)際和地區(qū)事務(wù)中保持密切溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，堪稱國(guó)與國(guó)平等相待、真誠(chéng)合作的典范。

Entering the new era, the China-Cambodia friendship has continued to flourish, beaming with new vitality. Our two countries enjoy deep political trust and win-win economic cooperation. We have carried out fruitful cooperation in various areas, and maintained close consultation and coordination on international and regional affairs, setting an example of how two countries should treat each other as equals and cooperate with absolute sincerity.

中國(guó)和柬埔寨是肝膽相照的好朋友。在關(guān)乎彼此核心利益和重大關(guān)切問題上，兩國(guó)風(fēng)雨同舟、守望相助。

China and Cambodia are devoted friends. On issues concerning each other's core interests and major concerns, our two countries have stood together and supported each other.

中國(guó)和柬埔寨是情同手足的好鄰居。在推進(jìn)國(guó)家建設(shè)、促進(jìn)民生發(fā)展中，兩國(guó)互幫互助。

China and Cambodia are neighbors who share a bond of brotherhood. The two countries have supported each other in improving the livelihoods of their respective people.

鞏固中柬傳統(tǒng)友好

Cement time-honored friendship

在訪問柬埔寨期間，習(xí)近平主席先后會(huì)見了柬埔寨國(guó)王西哈莫尼和首相洪森。兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一致決定鞏固中柬傳統(tǒng)友好，大力推動(dòng)全面戰(zhàn)略合作，讓兩國(guó)繼續(xù)做高度互信的好朋友、肝膽相照的好伙伴、休戚相關(guān)的命運(yùn)共同體。

習(xí)近平主席在會(huì)見時(shí)表示：

中方始終珍視中柬傳統(tǒng)友誼，愿同柬方一道，不斷豐富中柬全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系內(nèi)涵，給兩國(guó)人民帶來更多實(shí)實(shí)在在的利益。

China has always valued the traditional friendship between the two countries, and stands ready to work with Cambodia to constantly enrich the meaning of their comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, thus delivering more tangible benefits to both peoples.

中方堅(jiān)定支持柬埔寨走符合本國(guó)國(guó)情的發(fā)展道路，愿繼續(xù)為柬埔寨國(guó)家建設(shè)提供力所能及的幫助。

China firmly supports Cambodia in pursuing a development path that suits its national conditions, and is willing to continue to provide assistance within its own capacity for Cambodia in national construction.

10月14日，在對(duì)孟加拉人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問之際，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在孟加拉國(guó)《每日星報(bào)》和《曙光報(bào)》發(fā)表題為《讓中孟合作收獲金色果實(shí)》的署名文章。

習(xí)近平主席在文章中指出：

中孟兩國(guó)人民自古以來就是好鄰居、好朋友，古代南方絲綢之路、海上絲綢之路成為雙方相知相交的紐帶，留下不少千年傳誦的佳話。

The people of China and Bangladesh have been good neighbors and friends since ancient times. Stories of our friendship and exchange witnessed by the Southern Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road throughout the millennia are still being told today.

中國(guó)人講，“唯以心相交，方能成其久遠(yuǎn)”。建交41年來，中國(guó)始終視孟加拉國(guó)為真摯的朋友、發(fā)展的伙伴，高度重視中孟關(guān)系發(fā)展，同孟方在涉及彼此核心利益的問題上相互堅(jiān)定支持。

As a Chinese proverb goes, "Only friendships built on sincerity can last long." Since the establishment of diplomatic ties 41 years ago, China has always regarded Bangladesh as its true friend and partner for development. China highly values its relations with Bangladesh. We firmly support each other on issues concerning each other's core interests.

我們要加強(qiáng)政治溝通，收獲真誠(chéng)互信的果實(shí)。我們要對(duì)接發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，收獲互利共贏的果實(shí)。我們要加強(qiáng)南南合作，收獲共同發(fā)展的果實(shí)。我們要架設(shè)友誼之橋，收獲相知相親的果實(shí)。

We need to step up political communication for greater mutual trust. We need to align our development strategies for win-win outcomes. We need to enhance South-South cooperation for common development. We need to build a bridge of friendship for greater affinity and mutual understanding.

10月14日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在達(dá)卡同孟加拉國(guó)總理哈西娜舉行會(huì)談。雙方積極評(píng)價(jià)中孟傳統(tǒng)友誼和兩國(guó)各領(lǐng)域合作取得的進(jìn)展，就雙邊關(guān)系及共同關(guān)心的國(guó)際地區(qū)問題深入交換意見，達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)，一致決定建立中孟戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，使兩國(guó)關(guān)系在更高層次上持續(xù)向前發(fā)展。

習(xí)近平主席在會(huì)見時(shí)表示：

雙方于2010年建立的中孟更加緊密的全面合作伙伴關(guān)系已經(jīng)結(jié)出碩果，兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、安全以及國(guó)際和地區(qū)事務(wù)中的合作都在穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。

The closer comprehensive partnership of cooperation the two sides forged in 2010 has yielded fruitful results, with bilateral cooperation advancing steadily in political, economic, cultural and security areas and on international and regional affairs.

中方高度重視加強(qiáng)同孟加拉國(guó)的友好合作關(guān)系，將繼續(xù)在力所能及范圍內(nèi)為孟加拉國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展提供支持。

China highly values its friendly cooperative ties with Bangladesh and will continue to offer support within its capacity for the economic and social development of Bangladesh.

打造有效、包容、共同的解決方案

10月16日，金磚國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第八次會(huì)晤在印度果阿舉行。中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平、印度總理莫迪、南非總統(tǒng)祖馬、巴西總統(tǒng)特梅爾、俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京出席。5國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人圍繞“打造有效、包容、共同的解決方案”主題，就金磚國(guó)家合作及其他共同關(guān)心的國(guó)際和地區(qū)問題深入交換看法，達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)。

習(xí)近平發(fā)表了題為《堅(jiān)定信心　共謀發(fā)展》的重要講話，積極評(píng)價(jià)金磚國(guó)家合作10年發(fā)展取得的豐碩成果，就金磚國(guó)家共同應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際大環(huán)境帶來的挑戰(zhàn)提出倡議，強(qiáng)調(diào)中方愿同各方一道，攜手規(guī)劃金磚國(guó)家發(fā)展新藍(lán)圖，相信金磚國(guó)家合作會(huì)有力促進(jìn)世界和平、穩(wěn)定、繁榮。

習(xí)近平主席在講話中提出的五點(diǎn)倡議包括：

第一，共同建設(shè)開放世界。
