A list of the 10 most popular Chinese dishes was issued on Monday by a research body under the China Hotel Association.
中國飯店協(xié)會下屬的研究院周一(5月23日)公布了“最受歡迎的十大中國菜”。
Top of the list was fish with Sichuan pickles and the well-known kung pao chicken, or spicy diced chicken with peanuts.
酸菜魚和宮保雞丁在榜單上名列前茅。
此次“最受歡迎的十大中國菜”(10 most popular Chinese dishes)的評選結(jié)果是在國內(nèi)幾大在線訂餐平臺(major online ordering platform)和2015年公開調(diào)查(public survey)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上得出的。其中,榜單中50%的菜都是川菜或湘菜,可見,大部分人都是“無辣不歡”。
