中國(guó)外交進(jìn)入“中東時(shí)間”

1月19日開(kāi)始，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平開(kāi)始對(duì)沙特阿拉伯、埃及、伊朗進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問(wèn)，中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交進(jìn)入“中東時(shí)間”。

19日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平開(kāi)始了對(duì)中東為期五天的國(guó)事訪問(wèn)。習(xí)主席開(kāi)始對(duì)中東國(guó)家沙特阿拉伯、埃及、伊朗進(jìn)行訪問(wèn)，表明中國(guó)外交進(jìn)入了“中東時(shí)間”。

19日，習(xí)近平主席抵達(dá)利雅得，開(kāi)始對(duì)沙特阿拉伯進(jìn)行國(guó)事訪問(wèn)(state visit)。這也標(biāo)志著中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交(big country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics)進(jìn)入“中東時(shí)間”(Middle East time)，充分彰顯中國(guó)對(duì)發(fā)展同中東國(guó)家關(guān)系的高度重視。

中東在全球格局中占據(jù)重要地位，對(duì)于中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)，中東是海外最大的能源供給方(biggest overseas energy supplier)，同時(shí)它是“一帶一路”倡議(China's Belt and Road Initiative)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)。習(xí)近平此訪對(duì)中國(guó)整體外交布局(overall diplomatic deployment)意義重大，將有力提升中國(guó)同上述三國(guó)以及地區(qū)國(guó)家的雙邊關(guān)系(bilateral relations)和務(wù)實(shí)合作。

中國(guó)并不是在爭(zhēng)奪中東霸權(quán)(contend for hegemony in the region)，而將堅(jiān)持相互尊重、合作共贏的原則(adhere to the principles of mutual respect and win-win cooperation)，主張通過(guò)對(duì)話與合作，促進(jìn)中東地區(qū)的和平發(fā)展(advocate dialogue and cooperation to promote peaceful development)。
