史上比較大牌醫(yī)患糾紛!中科院對(duì)決北醫(yī)三院!

　　A dispute has erupted between two of China'spowerful medical and scientific organizations afterthe sudden death of a pregnant employee of one ofthe groups at a Beijing hospital.

　　近日，在北京一家醫(yī)院住院的一名中科院職工孕婦突然死亡，在此之后，中國最大的醫(yī)學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)和最大的科學(xué)組織之間爆發(fā)了一次糾紛。

　　The deceased woman's family was accused by thehospital of destroying hospital property and chasingand beating some hospital staff members. Thewoman's husband denies the accusation.

　　該女性死者的家屬被院方指責(zé)肆意毀壞醫(yī)院公物，追打醫(yī)院的員工。但是，這名女性的丈夫?qū)Υ耸缚诜裾J(rèn)。

　　A woman surnamed Yang, 34, who worked at the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistryunder the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was admitted to Peking University Third Hospital forhypertension on Dec 28, according to the hospital.

　　這名女性姓楊，今年34歲，在中科院的理化所就職。根據(jù)醫(yī)院方面的表示，這名女性在12月28日被送往北醫(yī)三院。

　　

　　Yang was 26 weeks pregnant when she entered the hospital and was in stable condition aftertreatment, the statement said. However, she complained of pain before her heart stopped onJan 11, and she died despite emergency resuscitation efforts, the hospital said.

　　聲明表示，當(dāng)楊女士進(jìn)入醫(yī)院的時(shí)候，已經(jīng)妊娠26周，住院后情況穩(wěn)定。但是，在1月11日楊女士心臟停止跳動(dòng)之前，曾表示自己很痛苦。院方表示，盡管做了緊急復(fù)蘇的努力，但最終楊女士還是去世了。

　　Autopsy results showed that Yang died of an aortic rupture, which is fatal in most cases, thehospital said. High blood pressure and pregnancy are among the risk factors for the condition,according to the US National Institutes of Health website.

　　尸檢結(jié)果顯示，楊女士是因主動(dòng)脈破裂而死亡。院方也表示，這在任何情況下都是致命的。據(jù)美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院網(wǎng)站顯示，高血壓與妊娠是引起這種情況的危險(xiǎn)因素。

　　The CAS institute that employed Yang said in a statement on its website on Saturday that itsent an official letter to the hospital on Thursday requesting a thorough investigation into thedeath of Yang in response to her family's concerns. It demanded a "fair, transparent andthorough" investigation.

　　楊女士所在的中國科學(xué)院星期六在其網(wǎng)站上發(fā)表聲明稱，在星期四曾將一份官方信函送往北醫(yī)三院，信中要求該院對(duì)楊女士之死進(jìn)行徹底調(diào)查，以給她的家人一個(gè)交代。信函一再強(qiáng)調(diào)要進(jìn)行“公正、透明、徹底的”調(diào)查。

　　Lawyers said it is not proper for the institute to send the letter to address a private issuebetween a patient and a hospital.

　　相關(guān)律師認(rèn)為，中科院理化所出具的公函介入醫(yī)院和病人之間的私務(wù)實(shí)在是一種不恰當(dāng)?shù)男袨椤?/p>
