被查官員如何“對抗組織調(diào)查”

Corrupt officials, from high-ranking executives to lowly bureaucrats, are getting more sophisticated in evading investigations, an anti-graft newspaper reported.

紀(jì)檢報紙指出，不論是級別高還是級別低的貪官，在逃避組織調(diào)查時越來越“花樣百出”。

《中國紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察報》(China Discipline Inspection Daily)披露，腐敗分子的反調(diào)查意識和能力越來越強(qiáng)，對抗組織調(diào)查也越來越頻繁。(Corrupt officials' awareness and ability in counter-investigation have become more and more powerful, and they have shown a more frequent action to fight back.)

記者梳理發(fā)現(xiàn)，對抗組織審查的“方式方法”主要有：編造謊言(fabricate lies)、訂立攻守同盟(agreed with others not to give away each other)、 串供(collude with others to devise a consistent story)、轉(zhuǎn)移贓款(transfer ill-gotten wealth)、銷毀偽造證據(jù)(destroy or made up evidence)以拖延調(diào)查工作(to stall investigation efforts)。

有的在省紀(jì)委對其有關(guān)問題進(jìn)行初核時數(shù)次找人串供，甚至專門模擬問話(simulate an investigator's questioning process)，更有甚者，采取打擊報復(fù)舉報人(take revenge on whistle-blowers)的方式對抗組織審查。

不過，該報同時指出，盡管一些貪官試圖瞞騙反貪人員(outwit graft-busters)，但最后也難逃黨紀(jì)國法的嚴(yán)懲。
