慶安官場(chǎng)被“鏈?zhǔn)脚e報(bào)”

A man named Xu Chunhe was shot dead by a local policeman at the railway station in Qing'an, Heilongjiang because he caused disorder after drinking and had a fight with the policeman. The incident raised wide public concern, and during the investigation there was a chain of tip-offs about the illegal practices of local officials.

醉漢徐純合在黑龍江慶安火車(chē)站制造混亂，襲擊鐵警，被開(kāi)槍擊斃一事引發(fā)公眾廣泛關(guān)注，而調(diào)查中，慶安當(dāng)?shù)毓賳T的違法行徑被“鏈?zhǔn)脚e報(bào)”。

打死徐純合的一槍成為了慶安官場(chǎng)地震的導(dǎo)火索(The fatal shooting of Xu Chunhe was the trigger for an "earthquake" in local official circles)。慶安縣副縣長(zhǎng)董國(guó)生年齡、學(xué)歷造假(fabricate academic credentials )和妻子吃空餉(freeloading)的違法行為東窗事發(fā)，已被停職(has been suspended)。還有人舉報(bào)當(dāng)?shù)卮笈賳T涉嫌買(mǎi)賣(mài)教師編制(buy and sell officially budgeted teacher posts)。

不能否認(rèn)，徐純合事件客觀上推動(dòng)了對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)毓賳T的反腐調(diào)查進(jìn)程(accelerated the anti-corruption campaign)。它將公眾注意力引到了慶安這個(gè)縣城，輿論聚光燈照射之下，當(dāng)?shù)毓賵?chǎng)的一舉一動(dòng)自然備受關(guān)注(under scrutinizing eyes)。
