中國探索本土化“綠色建筑”道路

Green construction has been widely recognized in China as an important step toward energy efficiency amid efforts to fight pollution, but the concept does not always translate to the Chinese market.

“綠色建筑”是中國對抗污染，提高能效的重要一步，得到了中國社會的廣泛認同，不過，“綠色建筑”的理念并未轉化為市場。

“綠色建筑”可以用green construction/building表示，自2000年起，“綠色建筑”理念走進中國，以期在建筑的全壽命周期內，最大限度地節(jié)約資源(reserve resources)、保護環(huán)境 (protect the environment)和減少污染(cut pollution)。

工業(yè)和信息化部( Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)印發(fā)2015年原材料工業(yè)轉型發(fā)展工作要點的通知指出，欲搭建綠色建材服務平臺(green building material service platform)，建立產業(yè)發(fā)展聯(lián)盟(industry development alliance)等。

不過，因設計者盲目照搬國外技術(blind imitation of foreign techniques)、市場參與度不高，開發(fā)商逐利不愿意推廣綠色建筑(unwillingness to promote green construction by sacrificing their profits)等，綠色建筑推行過程中遭遇重重難題。

有專家表示，綠色建筑不是簡單地引進價格高昂的綠色技術或產品(green technology and materials)，而是從細節(jié)控制資源、能源消耗(control energy and resource consumption in the very details of the building)，要根據我國實際情況(actual conditions)進行探索。
