今年將推進“反腐敗立法”

China plans to develop national legislation to fight corruption, according to a report delivered by top legislator Zhang Dejiang Sunday. The anti-graft legislation should be introduced as quickly as possible and the system of sanctions and prevention improved with the goal being a mechanism which means "officials dare not, cannot and do not want to be corrupt," according to the decision.

全國人大常委會委員長張德江8日在報告中表示，我國將推進反腐敗國家立法。報告稱，我國要盡快引進反腐敗立法，完善懲治和預防腐敗體系，形成不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的有效機制。

立法的英文為legislation，國家立法即national legislation，地方立法即local legislation。反腐敗立法可以用anti-graft legislation來表達。立法機關稱為legislature。中國的立法機關是全國人民代表大會及其常務委員會(The National People's Congress and its standing committee)，資本主義國家的立法機關是議會(Congress)。

除了反腐敗立法，證券法(a national security law)、反恐怖主義法(an anti-terrorism law)、境外非政府組織管理法(a law on the management of international NGOs in China)、網(wǎng)絡安全法(a cyber-security law)等都被列入今年的立法工作重點。

此外，明年我國還將健全民主政治立法(improve legislation on democracy)，具體包括修改選舉法(the Electoral Law for the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses)、地方組織法(the Organic Law of the Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments)、代表法(the Law on Deputies to the National People's Congress and Deputies to Local People's Congresses)、行政復議法(the Law on Administrative Review)等。
