什么是“火箭式消費”？

淘寶一族們?nèi)绻现Ц秾毑榭醋约旱南M記錄，有的人會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的消費分布圖是一條大起大落的曲線，因為他們對有的東西不惜重金，而其他東西的開支則能省則省，這種消費模式就叫rocketing(火箭式消費)。

 

 

Rocketing refers to spending a great deal of money on a few important items while spending only an average amount or less on everything else.

“火箭式消費”指的是在幾件重要的東西上花費許多錢，而在其他東西上花費不多或很少。

Some people will spend lots of money on a few items they really care about, such as their iPhones or their SLR cameras, and then they will go downmarket to Wal-Mart to buy most of the other stuff they don’t care about. Rocketing is occurring at every income level.
